A Wisconsin federal district court partially denied summary judgment to UPS on the claims of a Black feeder driver that he was subjected to a racially hostile work environment and retaliated against for engaging in protected activity, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, granting the motion on the retaliation claim, as there was no evidence of retaliatory action, but denying it on the hostile work environment claim, as there was evidence of racially disparaging commentary.
