I had the pleasure of a luxurious accommodation, my mom celebrated her 87th birthday in a deluxe room facing amazing fountain view, it’s a worthwhile and enjoyable experience, from the grand lobby with lavish design, seamless check in, efficient concierge to the state of the art wellness facilities, can’t ask for more. My favorite colour is pink and gold that’s why I’m truly impressed on the stunning environment of OKADA. The fountain dancing water is spectacular, we can watch it every hour from 6 pm for about 10 minutes, we watched fountain from room and from the podium as well! We celebrated mom birthday dinner at Medley buffet, everyone is courteous, complimentary birthday cake is highly appreciated, kudos to entire team who sang birthday song with wishes that made mom more happier 🥳🎂 Coral Wing Pool is huge, watching true beauty of sunset in the pool is memorable and beyond my expectation! Your warm hospitality and stellar service is remarkable, thank you!

We booked 2 nights with our 2 kids for my birthday and we really had a good time. They prepared a small surprise with a birthday banner and cake which was a really nice touch. We also felt very safe because we saw that they were disinfecting the place regularly. They were very efficient with our frequent requests for additional bottled water and when we were booking services (spa and in-room dining). Also the in-room dining food was so good!
Breakfast at Medley’s was set menu during weekdays but it’s still a generous serving and you can request for unlimited add ons. We were very happy with it. We also tried Goryeo and while it’s understandably pricey, food is good (we were not able to take away our left over side dishes though, saying they don’t have small containers). We also tried Kiapo and it’s good food too, simple and affordable.
The pool area was really big and clean and so we didn’t have any concerns bringing our kids because we are still socially distanced from other people. The staff are really attentive too.
Check in took a bit long (we waited for almost 2 hours) because they were disinfecting, so while we arrived on time for our 3pm check in, we got to our room at around 5pm already. We were requesting for a late checkout to compensate for that but we were only allowed until 1pm saying they were fully booked (which I find hard to believe during a pandemic, but okay).
We had a small hiccup close to the checkout time relating to my husband’s request to reactivate his key. But since they apologized when we were checking out we are now fine with that and will not detail that further. If it weren’t for this incident, I will rate them 5 stars.
Overall we still had a very nice stay and looking forward to be back.

We stayed at City of Dreams but when we saw the currency exchange rate being offered in that casino, we took a 5 min taxi ride to Okada. Their exchange rate was the highest we had seen in Manila and they agree to buy back your pesos at the same rate.
The air quality was very good for a casino and they had a large non-smoking gaming area. Compared to City of Dreams, the odds at the Craps table was better (5x), they had a better variety of table games (including Pai Gow) and their players card program was far better than City of Dreams. Free Play and dining comps were simple to earn and redeem. City of Dreams balked at comping breakfast!
Even if you stay at another property, check out Okada.

What could be better than being upgraded from a 70sqm Grand Deluxe room to a 200sqm Executive suite? The room was huge for a family of 3. There were 2 separate high-tech (Japanese) toilets, a shower and a tub. There was even a small kitchen with a huge fridge too, a dining table for 3, a living room with TV, a small study, a walk-in closet and a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a TV.
We stayed at the Coral Wing and breakfast was at the opposite wing (Pearl wing), around 10 min walk or less. But there is also a golf cart that can bring you there. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. Everything we've tried were good, even the filipino delicacies. No complaints on the food whatsoever.
The staff were also very accommodating. We had a problem with our room safe and they were able to fix it in 30 mins.
Check out was a breeze. We got to use the golf cart again to go to our car at the Pearl wing basement. Very convenient.
There were also a few things that we think could still be improved on (nothing that serious though): the shower takes more than 10 mins to warm up which can be very annoying, especially when you are waiting in the cold; the lift hallway at the UG level had a strong smell of cigarettes.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Okada.

Booked an Executive Suite with free Antigen Swab test. The process took 30 to 40minutes (there were 4 people ahead of us). It's my 2nd time staying and I really believe that Okada has the most technologically advanced and luxurious rooms, everything can be controlled by one tablet! We feel safe and at ease because theyre very strict in enforcing health protocols (mask and face shield is a must!). Im at ease knowing that they use UV Machines (as far as I know) when cleaning the rooms.
What made me sad was there were lots of shops and boutiques that are closed until now. Its quite boring to roam around the hotel grounds seeing the same things. We enjoyed the Medley Lunch buffet and thank God there's Starbucks and Jollibee. We enjoyed our in room service too! The food were really delish and Im really addicted with their Pepperoni Pizza lol
Tip: Dont dare open any food or stuff in the mini bar if youre not planning to use or consume it. I dunno how they do it but once you remove it from where it's placed, you will be automatically charged (the ones under the TV and the one in the fridge) I saw a note near the fridge that items removed or brought out after a minute, you will have to pay for it (as far as I remember) I find this ridiculous lol. Prices of items can be found in the tablet by the way.
Overall stay, we enjoyed :) Jacuzzi/Bath tub was really a breather for us. I hope soon the boutiques will be open as the grounds really look dead and boring to me, pandemic scks.

Thank you Okada!! I am delighted that Mr. John Paulo Melendres and Mr. Yusep Beniola assited me and my family during our stay. I celebrated my birthday there! And they prepared our room in advance, had personalized towel cake from the housekeeping, Sealed room, sealed glasses, complimentary hygiene kit, delicious chocolate cake and birthday banner in my room!! They even gave us their contact details should we need anything. What a very unforgettable and memorable stay!! We will definitely be back! Top-notch personalized service!

I booked a room just 2 days before I have to check in but I had no problems checking in and I actually felt safe as they have a good hygiene protocol for everyone coming in to the premises. The room comes with a tablet which can do anything like controlling the lights, TV, aircon and the curtains, even room service. Biggest plus is the hot tub in the bathroom, facing the beautiful bay view of the room. The price is worth it and you can definitely feel the 5-star comfort.
Just a small note, I've had better breakfast in other hotels. The food is pretty good especially since you can order as much coffee as you'd like, but there's nothing to write home about. Their lunch buffet though is much much better, it also includes wine and coffee in the price.

All I can say is that the service of Okada is SUPERB!!! From entering the lobby the staff are very alert and helpful. Upon check-in, the Front Desk officers are very polite and informative. The Room Attendants are very caring that they made sure everything were sanitized especially we have a kid. Pool attendants are very approachable and caring as well.. all the staff are very prpfessional. We also love our room, they are so spacious that our son can run anywhere. The pool and view are like oasis in the City...

Okada’s service is impeccable. Since we experienced staying here during Valentines, we can’t wait to comeback. So when I asked my husband where do we celebrate our birthdays, his immediate answer is Okada. They even surprise us with a simple gesture of putting up a happy birthday banner with matching cake & a balloon. This tells a lot about how they are taking care and how much they value their guests. Not only that, when we experienced problems with the amenities, they immediately checked and later on upgraded us from a Junior Suite to Premier Suite. We will definitely go back because a simple occasion becomes grand when you celebrate it in Okada.
