Derek Rowen - also known as 'Guggi' - is an artist, painter, sculptor and once a member of the post-punk band, Virgin Prunes. He is also credited with christening a certain Paul Hewson as Bono.

Now showing at the Kerlin Gallery in Dublin is Them, an exhibition of new paintings, sculpture and works on paper by Guggi - view a gallery of images from Them above.

Over the past three decades, he has gained recognition for his art, and these well-established forms and techniques are used in this exhibition on a deeply personal subject – the recent loss of both his parents.
