Service work

we needed immediate servicing on our car and they took it right in- got the valve part- and fixed us up. service folks were pleasant to work with- tech did a great job- all work was done as they explained. highly recommend

Real Service Oriented Professionals!

Made appointment for 45,000 mile service (The Works) and upon arrival for my appointment I was kindly greeted by Gray Cockman. He was very service oriented and directed me where to wait. Very pleased with the way they took car of my car's service and genuine customer service. Next Service: My car was making an odd sound at start up-kind on like nails and screws in a washing machine. Tim asked if happened mostly 1st thing in the morning and knew immediately what it was. It was also still under warranty!! Would recommend Coopers Ford!!!

Integrity and honesty at Cooper Ford

Kass Folkman Is the most helpful sales rep I have ever dealt with, I located the Ford maverick on fords website that Cooper Ford had in stock I contacted Kass and that day he was able to make my buying experience the easiest I have ever had, did almost all the required information by either email text message or over the phone showed up at the dealership signed the contracts and no time at all I was driving my new Ford maverick home. Cooper Ford is far the best of any dealership I've ever worked with and they do not overcharge for their vehicles no hidden fees no market sales adjustments plain and simple honesty integrity is what I found at Cooper Ford

I find Cooper not Trustworthly

Ron Hagler, Sanford, NC My wife and I purchased a used 2016 Fusion as our retirement vehicle from Cooper Ford in 2018. We had driven so many cars and checked so many features; we did not check the Navigation feature on that particular Fusion because it had all the SYNC2 features, including the SD Slot associated with all Ford SYNC2 Navigation systems. About a week after purchasing the vehicle, we tried to use the Navigation System to guide us to an address in another state that we had never visited. There was no Navigation feature on the SYNC2 Touch Screen. We used our cellular telephone GPS to navigate to our destination. The following week, I contacted Cooper Ford and asked them where the SD chip/card was to activate the Navigation System on the Fusion. Cooper said the Fusion never had a Navigation System. We argued, but Cooper insisted the Fusion never had a Navigation System, even when presented with facts showing the components of all Ford SYNC2 Navigation Systems were present except the SD Card! Infuriated by Cooper’s lack of concern for truth and understanding, I contacted Ford Motor Company, gained access to their Ford Support page and searched the VIN Number associated with the Fusion. I found the original inventory sheet for my vehicle of all installed parts, upgrades, and systems on that VIN Number when it left the Ford Factory in April 2015. The inventory listed a SYNC2 Navigation System, with five languages and a “Mute” button added as a Special Feature. As a retired Systems Engineer whose employment was installing and maintaining Computers and Computer Networks from 1983 until retirement in 2002, I am most knowledgeable in computers and reading documents. I took the inventory sheet, along with my knowledge of Computers, to Cooper and confronted them. Surprise, Surprise! Confronted with the facts, Cooper stood fast on their claim of the Fusion never having Navigation capabilities. Cooper informed me that the list I handed them was for “Optional” features available to all Fusions that year, even when the document clearly showed “Installed Features”, not optional features. P.S. I purchased a Navigation SD Card from another Ford Dealership, installed the card and we have been using the “Optional” Navigation feature ever since! Do not place any trust in Aaron Cooper!

Haggling process with sales manager

Your general sales manager was extremely rude to me as a lady and even pointed his finger in my face. My husband had to call him out on his behavior and he stated he didn’t care if he had our business or not. He didn’t need to be “educated” by the likes of me about my car and frankly didn’t want my car...just another import to bother with. When I tried to find you, the owner, you had fled so you would not have to deal with your consumers. I will contact the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint a boo your sales manager who in my face stated he was not a motivated salesman and did not care if he made sales or not and would be as ugly as he wanted to be and that was how it was going to be whether we liked it or not and a complaint against your dealership. As you know, I am a determined lady. Also, if my review gets removed, I will only post it again and recontact the BBB for weeding out the negative reviews and keeping the few positive reviews in order to deceive the public.

Mrs. McNeil, I am very sorry you felt the need to write this very ugly review of our store. My staff and I get up every day and make it a point to be as courteous and respectful of our guests as we can possibly be, it is who we are and who we will always be as long as I am the owner. Our store is in a small town and with a very tight knit community that values courtesy and respect for everyone and I can assure you that is what we do. We would be run out of town if we conducted ourselves in any other way and especially in the way that you describe in your review. Even if our customers don't end up buying from us we try and give the best car buying experience they have ever had and most tell us that is exactly what we deliver. Our Ford customer satisfaction surveys are typically at 100% every month and if not at 100% they are very close to it. We are not perfect by far but we strive to be everyday and this review you have written is not only unfair I believe it to be dishonest, with everyone that I have spoken to that was witness to your visit none of what you say happened actually did and that is just not right. I can assure you that if I could remove this review I would because I don't believe it be anything close to how you describe what happened, we would never behave in that manner to anyone. I / we work extremely hard to keep our reputation in the community as good as it can be and always do the right thing even when it is not in our best financial interest to do so. Again, even if we don't agree on numbers I can assure you we will always be respectful and thankful for just the opportunity of anyone becoming a customer of ours. Aaron Cooper

Great Service/Sales!!

I drove over 300 miles to buy a vehicle, (and we have a lot here in D.C.!!), and I can tell you, it was well worth the drive!! They do exactly what they say they will, and don’t play any of those, “Dealer games!”! Great dealership/GREAT PEOPLE!! They have a Customer For Life in me!!

Amazing!

I walked in put my keys on the counter and told the man oil/ tires/ state inspection. The service manager looked up, smiled and introduced himself to me! It just got better from there and I love the attention to customer service! The salespeople did not jump all over me, the manager was engaging and the owner, Mr Cooper, was fantastic!
