we really loved uss. we enjoyed all the rides.So much to explore. Be sure to wear your walking shoes here. Rides are excellent and safe. Transformers was one of the best. There are shopping stores offering multiple & some exclusive items. Hersheys shop was a good experience. You can combine multiple shopping transactions here (within the park) to claim GST refund (if they total to $100 or more) so another benefit for the travelers. Good Food options inside. All in all, highly recommended.

we went there on a Tuesday (may7), hardly waited in line. maximum waiting time was just 30mins for Battlestar Galactica, which is good for a non express pass ticket holders. for the rest of the rides, we didn’t have to wait at all. we tried their best rides Battlestar, The Mummy, Transformers, some kiddie rides also. Too bad Jurassic Park ride was closed!!!

Do I need to make a reservation to use my voucher?
No reservations are necessary. Voucher holders will only need to present their printed or mobile voucher upon entry on the selected date (and time if applicable).
What is the validity period of the voucher?
You can find this information on your voucher under the "How To Use -> Usage Validity" section. You may also access your voucher via your Bookings > locate your booking > View Voucher here.
I want to know if my booking has been confirmed. How can I do that?
We will issue the voucher and confirmation email after the booking is finished, and after the payment is confirmed.
Why can't I use the promo code?

Why can't I select the date I'd like to book?

Why does only one name appear on the voucher, even though I bought multiple tickets?
- The voucher will only show the name of the person who booked the ticket. This will not have any affect on the usage of the rest of the tickets.

fantastic day spent at USS. transformers is a must visit attraction in addition to waterworld show and Jurassic park rides. download the Universal SG app as it shows real time updates of wait times. also recommended to cover attractions away from entrance if you start early as the wait time there is less. if you love Indian food you get the best options with biryani. wheel 4D is another unmissable show.
