    Could you not reset your password? https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login

    Try the forgot password. Ensure you have internet too..

    Thanks... did that... but no change. The error is so fast it seems there would be no way to even sign in!

    So after corporate support suggested I try the carrier and the carrier said try BlackBerry support (which was non existent because the Z30 was not bought directly from BlackBerry) I still cannot log in to my BlackBerry ID!!! Every half hour or so I get a notice that I need to log in. I will likely have to do a security wipe and if that is the case, good bye z30. I am due for an upgrade and I will likely be heading to a full Android.

    Ugh, I'm in the exact same boat - also Z30. Very frustrating. I don't have the 'upgrade' option though, so this truly can't be the end of the Z30 (!!!)
    Any and all ideas most welcome.

    I got this today too. "One or more applications/services require you to verify your BlackBerry ID." and then when I click on the notification I get an error "This message can't be opened." I wonder if this is related to the issues I started having today http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...-help-1098866/

    Well... no change... no support or help from carrier or BlackBerry. I am due for an upgrade so while I have been very happy with my Z30 and less than impressed with Android or IOS, I am placing my corporate request for a S7 edge. Bye-bye BlackBerry!

    Just to revive this again, it seems to be a problem with blackberry protect. It was enabled on my phone. With help from IT, I wiped my phone in December 2016 and reinstalled the OS. After that reinstall, blackberry protect had been "disabled by my administrator" (on the server, not on my phone). I think, although not confirmed, that when the new OS update came along, it would have / should have turned off blackberry protect before updating. Since it was auto-disabled by admin, it couldn't find it, and then when the OS update occurred, it has now kicked into "anti-theft" mode, and has not allowed by to sign into my bbid. Weird. I can still use other functions, just not BBM - for now...sigh.
