I agree to all the ones with over charging for carry on lagged, I flew on the 23rd of this month, I couldn't check-in on their website and neither on their app, app wouldn't open up at all, when I showed up to lax airport, I showed them that their app won't open up and denied or honor me the discounted fee, end up paying the 120 dollars, while I was there, I called customer service and also denied the discount, said that I had to put a claim through their website, I am a manager and that's not how you tread customer 😉 never fly through this airline anymore in my life and will not recommend to anyone use this cheap airline, on top of that, when came back, couldn't check-in again and guess what, I waited in line to talk the front desk so they can tell me that because I had a basic fair, I needed to go back and check-in myself on the machine by the entrance, if I wanted them to do it, they would charge me $12 for that service because of my basic fair ticket. Horrible experience 😪…
