Park Ridge High School Reviews
Rating 3.69 out of 5 72 reviews
Overall, the teachers at Park Ridge High School are excellent and helpful. They prepare us for college well and our school is more competitive and advanced than most. The only faults our school has is that our events or activities such as prom are poor, underfunded, and boring.
I have a son in the 9th grade. Honers society, DECA, Varsity Soccer, Varsity Wrestling, Student council.
There was not enough sensitivity to special needs. Staff and students need to be educated on how to deal with high functioning autism. Some staff were wonderful, and others did not understand. As a result, my child often got penalized for having a meltdown when in fact he was bullied by kids savvy enough to know how to stay out of trouble. Academically, my child thrived.
