First teleserye ng TV commercial model na si Enrico Cuenca ang Super Ma’am ng GMA-7 at leading lady niya ang Kapuso actress at TV host na si Ash Ortega.
Sila ni Ash ang magkasama sa viral Valentine's Day TV commercial ng Jollibee na pinamagatang “Crush.”
Siya yung nerdy guy na parating nag-iiwan ng burger na may nakadikit na mga notes para kay Ash.
Si Enrico ay 22 years old at nag-aral ng film criticism at production management sa California State University.
Isa siya sa mga models na mina-manage ng Mercator ni Jonas Gaffud.
Dahil sa magandang feedback ng netizens sa kanilang fastfood commercial, kinuha siya ng GMA-7 para i-guest sa ilang shows tulad ng Wagas at Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko.
Na-excite naman si Enrico sa unang pagsabak niya sa teleserye acting via Super Ma'am.
"I've done a lot of TV commercials pero yung Jollibee ang tumatak talaga, maybe because of the story na ginawa namin ni Ash.
"When they asked me if I want to do the show, I said, ‘Why not? I’ll give it a try.’
"May background naman tayo in acting because of the TV commercials I did in the past.
“But I still want to learn more from acting," pahayag pa ni Enrico sa panayam namin sa kanya sa press launch ng Super Ma'am.
THANKFUL. Noong story conference pa lang ng Super Ma'am, heto ang pinost ni Enrico sa kanyang Instagram account.
Aniya, "Sometimes I gotta pinch myself to see if this is all real.
“So honored to be part of this new show alongside this awesome cast and crew.
“Thankful and twice humbled that I've been given the opportunity to do what I love and fulfill a dream a ten year-old me never let go.

ROLE. Sa Super Ma'am, Enrico plays Jake, ang cute na math teacher at magkaka-crush sa kanya ang student na si Kristy played by Ash Ortega.
"So far, ang saya naman sa set ng Super Ma’am.
“I am learning a lot and Ash has been very helpful.
"Almost all my scenes are with her kaya hindi ako worried because I know that Ash is there to help me out.
"Hopefully, we get the audience to root for our tandem again, just like the way they loved our Jollibee commercial,” ngiti pa ni Enrico.
GETTING TO KNOW ASH BETTER. Marami raw sila in common ni Ash.
Unang-una ay pareho silang pinanganak ng December at pangalawa ay pareho silang dog lovers.
Kuwento niya, "Ever since I met Ash last January of this year because of the TV commercial, we've been following each other's social media accounts.
"Sometimes we send private messages to one another at kumustahan lang.
"Then it happened that GMA-7 offered this teleserye at partners ulit kami.
"I guess we have chemistry kaya pinagsama ulit kami," diin pa Enrico.
Nakita rin ni Enrico ang mga bikini photos ni Ash sa Instagram at nagulat daw siya sa daring side nito.
"I asked her if she works out. And she does kaya pala she's very sexy.
"I never thought na she could be that daring din.
"There’s more of Ash that I need to know about.
“And since we tape for Super Ma'am three times a week and we're also shooting a movie [Spirit of the Glass 2: The Haunted], it's impossible na hindi ko pa siya makilala nang husto," dagdag niya.
BUSY WITH WORK. Nayaya na ba niyang mag-date before si Ash since pareho naman silang walang single and available?
Pag-amin niya, "Never ko pa siyang nakasama on a date because I know how busy she is.
“She's not just acting, she's hosting as well.
"Ako rin naman, medyo busy rin with different jobs.
“Pero right timing na dumating itong Super Ma'am.
“Di ko na kailangan na i-date siya, kasi almost every day, magkasama kami sa set ng teleserye and sa set ng movie na ginagawa namin."
WILL HE COURT ASH? Type ba niyang ligawan si Ash?
Natatawa niyang sagot, “That is a direct question!”
"Right now, we're enjoying working with one another.
“Okay ang chemistry namin and we just want to do a good job with our teaming up in Super Ma'am.
"Mas okay yung things just happen kesa sa nagpaplano ka, di ba?
"For now, we're happy and thankful to be working on two good projects."
