Legendary actress CCH Pounder has captured our hearts over the years on the big and small screen, but it’s her role on “NCIS: New Orleans” that has us talking! We dive into her love for the Crescent City and the unique way it captured her heart.

The 7th season premiere of “NCIS: New Orleans” will air on CBS Sunday, November 8th. It’s a two-part episode – with the second episode airing November 15th.

DETROIT – On January 28, 2020, the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History will open the doors to a new exhibit, QUEEN: From the Collection of CCH Pounder, featuring sculptures, paintings and mixed media works by such luminaries as Harmonia Rosales, Betye and Alison Saar, and Kehinde Wiley!

NCIS: New Orleans’ CCH Pounder takes us on a tour of an exhibit of some of her art collection at Xavier University, called ICONS: Ideals of Black Masculinity. It is on display at the Xavier University Art Gallery through Feb. 28.

Award-winning actress CCH Pounder talks about art works from her collection, currently featured in the exhibit ICONS: Ideals of Black Masculinity, in display at Xavier University of Louisiana. The exhibit opened on November 1, 2018 and will run until February 28, 2019. It is free and open to the public.
