Holley went before a judge Saturday, charged with aggravated murder. His bond was set at $1 million.

Sharonville police said Holley shot Brice multiple times and died in the drive-thru of the Rally's on East Sharon Road around noon Monday before fleeing the scene in a 1997 Ford Thunderbird.

Court documents say Holley allegedly waited for Brice at the Rally's because it was a frequent stop for his lunch break.

The affidavit says Holley is seen on video approaching Brice's car, throwing a punch, then drawing a firearm and firing 10 shots at close range.

Brice was a father of five children, ranging in age from 2 years old to 8 years old.

Brice's father, Michael Howard, said his son was on a lunch break from Gorilla Glue when the slaying happened.
