It’s time to change musical theatre history as Back to the Future: The Musical arrives on Broadway!

Welcome to Hill Valley! When Marty McFly finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history. Now he’s in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past and send himself… back to the future.

Based on the Universal Pictures/Amblin Entertainment film, Back to the Future The Musical has a book by Bob Gale and new music and lyrics by Emmy and Grammy Award-winning Alan Silvestri and six-time Grammy Award-winning Glen Ballard, with additional songs from the film including “The Power of Love” and “Johnny B. Goode”.


There is a 10 ticket limit per 30 day period, per name, business entity, credit card account, Gift Card account or purchaser, billing address, phone number, IP address, and/or e-mail address. Tickets purchased which exceed this limit will be canceled without notification. Certain types of seating may have a different ticket limit.

The theatre is not completely wheelchair-accessible. There are no steps into the theatre from the sidewalk. Please be advised that where there are steps, either into or within the theatre, we are unable to provide assistance.

Seat Accessibility

Orchestra location: Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. There are no steps in the designated wheelchair seating location.

Mezzanine location: Located on the second level, up two flights of stairs (34 steps). On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately two steps down per row. Entrance to the Mezzanine is behind row K.

Handrails: Available at the rear entrance stairs to every aisle, and at every row but only in the very far side aisle at each end of the Mezzanine.

Assisted-Listening Devices

Shubert Audience Services
The Winter Garden Theatre provides accommodations for patrons who are blind, deaf, partially sighted, and/or have hearing loss.
