The Green Bay Packers will sign free agent safety Xavier McKinney to a four-year, $68 million deal, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The deal will pay McKinney $25 million in Year 1.
In desperate need of a safety, the Packers landed the best one available in McKinney, who is 24 years old and coming off a season in which he graded out as the NFL’s No. 4 overall safety.
