8. There is only ONE prize available to be won. The timing of each element of the prize will depend on the wider UK situation and any restrictions in place in the coming months:

- One Morgan Plus Four car customised to the winner’s choosing: the winner will have the chance to choose from the latest UK customisation as per the Morgan website. Due to the current UK situation Morgan cannot guarantee a date when production can begin on the winner’s car; the winner will therefore have the choice to speak with the Morgan specialists over the phone in May 2020 in order to begin designing their car, or to wait until UK restrictions lift at which stage they can visit the Morgan factory in Malvern to see examples and chose parts in person (any visit will be at a date to be mutually agreed between the winner and Morgan). Morgan Motor Company reserve the right to change the design, with agreement of the winner, if any parts or features are no longer available.

- Factory visit to see the car coming to life: once the winner’s design is agreed and work is in progress, the winner and a guest can enjoy a visit to the Morgan factory to see their car being created. Date to be mutually agreed between the winner and Morgan. The winner will enjoy a celebratory visit to the factory when the car is finished, in order to collect the car. The car will not be delivered to the winner; if the winner is unable to collect the car, they will need to arrange for it to be collected on their behalf and at their own cost. Two return train tickets to Malvern from the winner’s nearest major train station will be provided for the factory visit and when collecting the car.

- Car maintenance package: Morgan will provide the winner with a two-year car maintenance package covering maintenance at the manufacturer’s recommended intervals for two years from the date of registration. This maintenance can be carried out at any Morgan authorised service centre and will include all parts and labour required to carry out the routine maintenance. Wear and tear items that fall outside of routine maintenance are not included, nor are any associated parts and labour charges relating to wear and tear items.

- Insurance: Morgan will also arrange for the winner’s car insurance, or pay up to £1000 against the car insurance package the winner needs to put in place for the car. The winner will be advised on this by Morgan. In the case of the latter, the winner is responsible for obtaining their own insurance (with guidance from Morgan) and Morgan will cover the cost of this, up to £1,000.

Conditions of the prize:

- The insurance will need to be put in place before collection of the finished car.

- Morgan will register the car to a UK address upon completion

- As a condition of the prize, the winner will be obliged to sign such agreement(s) or terms and conditions and provide any necessary documentation as required by Morgan or as may be required by law before being able to collect the prize and/or take possession of the car. Morgan may refuse to provide the car or other elements of the prize if, acting reasonably, it does not believe the winner has met these conditions and Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need and the BBC shall have no liability to the winner in such circumstances.

- Save as set out above, the winner will be responsible for their own insurance and any maintenance or repairs for the car. Morgan is entirely responsible for prize fulfilment and the winner must liaise directly with Morgan on all aspects of the prize.

9. The winner will be selected using an independent randomised draw system and contacted on Friday 1 May 2020 by Comic Relief (for The Big Night In) by telephone. If the winner does not respond in order to claim the prize by the end of the next working day, Comic Relief (for The Big Night In) reserves the right to contact the next eligible winner (and in this case the original winner forfeits their claim to the prize), and so on until a winner is found.

10. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the elements of the prize cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified above, no other costs or expenses will be covered by Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need, the BBC, or any of the prize providers.

11. Any accessibility or dietary requirements for the winner or their guest need to be disclosed to Comic Relief within two weeks from notification of win. The winner and their guest may need to adhere to Health & Safety requirements imposed by Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need, BBC or any venue associated with the prize.

12. Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need and BBC’s announcement as to who the winner is, is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.

13. The winner and their guest agree to take part in any reasonable post-prize draw publicity with Comic Relief and BBC Children in Need (for The Big Night In) if required.

14. The prize is subject to change. Descriptions of the prize are provided without a warranty of any kind. In no event shall Comic Relief, BBC Children in Need, the BBC or any prize provider be liable for any claim demand or damages caused to an entrant by reason of a description of the prize being inaccurate, incomplete, or for the prize being otherwise in any way different to the entrant’s expectations.
