Ragnaros is surprisingly photogenic.
We had a hunter who thought the same while we were still progressing on him. Rezzes and eating commencing after a wipe, and the hunter is trying to take a screenshot. Right clicked. Commence Wipe #n+1.
I really wanted to like Claws of Shirvallah, but it was so badly implemented that it put me off playing. Missing emotes, missing animations, poor modelling (#39 shows the weird chin stretching on the boss). Like pretty much everything in WoD it was half-arsed.

No real surprise there, it was a last minute change to replace the incredibly lame passive Savage Roar talent (they made it a glyph instead). Scooped up some NPC models and tweaked and repurposed them.
It's so awesome on guys, but I hated it on my female. The weird skirt thing sucks when you're running bent over. I hated looking at my character's cat-panties all day. I would've been completely in love with it if you could run upright instead of butt in the air.
Yeah this was my biggest issue with it. The Saberons were a really cool race, but the Druid was a gutted version of them with minimal animations. And why couldn't they stand??? Had so much potential.

There's no accounting for taste. I thought it looked awesome. My druid was resto first and foremost, and I don't PvP much in general, but I tried CoS for a while early in WoD and liked it well enough.

If my main was a feral - I'd be very happy and excited about the upcoming changes that come at a price of loosing Shirvallah form.
They could give it as an updated customization
Idk man, it looked so derpy, it was literally just male worgen with a tail (well, broom stick, let's be honest) shoved up his arse.
Then it uses running wild and melee's with its claws? Looks very strange when you move and attack. Pretty immersion breaking when a low poly, almost entirely non-animated player model is derping around.

I liked to run around in this form, but i won't really miss it, the tradeoff for the artifact forms is so damn worth it!
one fun little thing i loved about it, when you pressed your sheathe/unsheathe button the form made a fun "these are not the droids you're looking for" motion with one of his hands.
The form was a great idea with a terrible implementation. IT could have been made really cool. But instead it felt like an emergency solution or something that hadn't been thought through at all.
They could fix it and make it better this time for a customization option in the barber
Personally, I hated claws of shirvallah and I'm really glad it's gone. I respect the fact that you enjoyed it, I'm sure many did, but that entire talent tier was crap to me.

I feel you, brother. This form is why I leveled a feral druid in the first place. Poor guy is probably gonna be shelved until it comes back. If ever.

Wow, seeing your posted pics made me realize that there are people still having fun with this game.
Since I've returned - 1 month ago - I've been in a leveling frenzy to get a lvl 100 character and do challenge modes, and after failing that, being in a frenzy again to level up other characters to 100.
But I think your posted pics just convinced me that I should take it slower and just enjoy the little things as well. Thank you.
I always wanted Saberons to be a playable race for horde.
I'm gonna miss Shirvallah. That one talent alone carried me through more solo elite content than I was probably skilled enough to do alone simply because I could cast Cyclone and rejuv/heal myself to full without having to fuck around with 5 extra buttons because I lost cat form.

I race changed to get the Worgen skin colour! Gutted this is being taken out.
The spots are only for Worgens? I was wondering, as I have a druid (Horde) and never saw those awesome colors.
Yup. I changed from a NE so that I could be a snow leopard.
I used that for most of the expansion until I finally learned how to do bloodtalons right. It was a cool form, though lacking in some areas like missing animations and emotes and weird stretching. As others have said, the new cat forms and others are just amazing, worth the price I say to dump this weird talent.
I wanted to like it, but outside of RP like you've been doing, I couldn't justify taking the talent. Thanks for sharing your album so I can finally see what it looked like in a bunch of different situations in-game.
What a great album! Every shot stunning and they tell such a great story of your journey. I wish I enjoyed this unique talent more while it was available.
The tail that was as stiff as a log bugged me to no end. I couldn't keep doing it. It was driving me insane.
I wish they didn't just do the Blizzard thing and cut it and actually made it a workable alternative form as one of the artifact skins, but you know, whatever. :(

This made me realize I didn't go into this form a single time during the entire expansion. Bloodtalons start to finish and didn't respec it once.

It sucks to lose something you really like in game. But lets be honest. Blizzard really phoned it in with the Claws of Shirvallah model. It was bad, and they should feel bad for hoisting upon their players.

I am actually sad that form is gone, I recently made two druids and I was looking forward to use it once I get them to 100 but I never expected them to get rid of that form. :C Love the pictures, OP and hopefully it will come back.
