Windows 7 wifi adapter not showing in device-management.

hi

i have win 7 ultimate 64 bits os. i am having problem with wifi adapter, Actually it was working but sometimes it was getting limited connection. Few days before drivers has been removed automatically. After i went to device-management to verify drivers...its not showing adapter also. Even i have given scan for hardware change. Few weeks back the problem was there i thought of malware then i reinstall os but problem persists....need of your assistance thank you.  you.

You will need to use an Ethernet cable to access the internet.

Download the wireless driver for your particular model from the OEM of your computer.  Install it.  It that does not work, you may have a defective device.

Alternatively, you can buy a USB wireless device for about $20 that will serve you well.

but if i download drivers how do i install them if its not showing anything in device-management.

The download will be a set of executable programs.  When you double-click them, they will  automatically install themselves.

Start with the Chipset drivers, then video, then your network, then wireless, and continue to do the rest.  There will be restarts required when it is needed and it  will tell you that.

When you are done, you can display the Device Management windows again and you will see the install devices then.
