This is a transcript for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

The Riddle House[]

[We slowly fly through the Warner Bros. Pictures shield and into a wall of skulls. A snake, Nagini, slithers out of one of the skulls and then through a graveyard. The camera pans up to reveal the film's title in the stormy sky above. We then pan back down to reveal a large manor house with a small cottage located nearby. Inside the cottage, an old man, Frank Bryce, is heating a kettle. Looking out the window, he sees a light on in the old manor house.]
Frank: Bloody kids!
[Taking a flashlight, he heads over to the creepy old house. After entering the old and abandoned building, Frank hears voices coming from upstairs.]
Voldemort: How fastidious you've become, Wormtail. As I recall, you once called the nearest gutter pipe home. Could it be that the task of nursing me has become wearisome for you?
[As Frank reaches the upper floor, he sees Wormtail, a.k.a. Peter Pettigrew, speaking to an obscured man in a chair.]
Wormtail: Oh, no! No, my Lord Voldemort! I only meant perhaps if we were to do it without the boy...
Voldemort: No, the boy is everything! It cannot be done without him! And it will be done exactly as I said!
[A mysterious young man steps into view.]
Mysterious Young Man: I will not disappoint you, my Lord.
Voldemort: Good. First, gather our old comrades, send them a sign.
[Nagini slithers by Frank and into the room with Voldemort. She speaks to Voldemort in Parseltongue.]
Voldemort: Nagini tells me the old Muggle caretaker is standing just outside the door. [Wormtail walks into the doorway.] Step aside, Wormtail, so I can give our guest a proper greeting. [Wormtail smiles creepily as he steps out of the doorway.] Avada Kedavra!
[A blast of green light hits Frank. We then cut to his kettle boiling over.]

The Portkey[]

[Harry wakes up in Ron's bedroom. Hermione is holding a candle over him.]
Hermione: Harry.

The Quidditch World Cup[]

[The group walks over a hill to reveal a huge campsite filled with tents.]
Mr. Weasley: Well, kids, welcome to the Quidditch World Cup!

The Dark Mark[]

[Back at the tent, Mr. Weasley tends to a stove.]

The Triwizard Tournament[]

[The Hogwarts Express speeds through the countryside.]

The Goblet of Fire[]

[Out in the rain, a mysterious figure steps in a puddle.]

The Unforgivable Curses[]

[Moody is teaching Harry and his classmates.]
Moody: Alastor Moody. Ex-Auror, Ministry malcontent, and your new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. I'm here because Dumbledore asked me, end of story, goodbye, the end.

The Four Champions[]

[Older students are putting their names into the Goblet of Fire. A group of Hufflepuffs playfully push Cedric towards the Goblet.]
Hufflepuff Student: Come on, Cedric, put it in!
[Cedric does so, and the Hufflepuffs all cheer.]

Let Events Unfold[]

[Outside the castle, the camera pans up to Dumbledore's office. Inside, Dumbledore is standing in front of his Pensieve.]
McGonagall: This can't go on, Albus. First the Dark Mark, now this?

Rita Skeeter[]

[A camera flashes, and Rita Skeeter steps forward.]
Rita: What a charismatic quartet.
[The four champions are posed for her photographer.]
Rita: [walking up to shake their hands] Hello, I'm Rita Skeeter. I write for The Daily Prophet. But, of course, you know that, don't you? It's you we don't know. You're the juicy news. [strokes Fleur's cheek] What quirks lurk beneath those rosy cheeks? [suddenly slaps Fleur's cheek] What mysteries do the muscles mask? [ruffles Cedric's hair] Does courage lie beneath those curls? In short, what makes a champion tick? Me, myself, and I want to know, not to mention my rabid readers. So, who's feeling up to sharing? Mmm? [no one is] Shall we start with the youngest? [grabs Harry] Lovely.
[Rita pulls Harry into a broom cupboard, where they are greeted by a floating notepad with a quill.]
Rita: Mmm, this is cozy.
Harry: It's a broom cupboard.
Rita: You should feel right at home then. [as she and Harry sit down] Don't mind if I use a Quick-Quotes Quill, do you?
Harry: Oh, um, no.
Rita: [as she talks, the quill writes on the notepad] So tell me, Harry, here you sit, a mere boy of twelve.
Harry: I'm fourteen. Sorry.
Rita: ...about to compete against three students not only vastly more emotionally mature than yourself, but who've mastered spells that you wouldn't attempt in your dizziest daydreams. Concerned? [the quill pauses dramatically]
Harry: Um, I - I don't know. I haven't really... thought about it. [the quill starts scribbling away]
Rita: Just ignore the quill. But then, of course, you're no ordinary boy of twelve, are you?
Harry: Fourteen.
Rita: Your story's legend. Do you think it was the trauma of your past that made you so keen to enter such a dangerous tournament?
Harry: Uh, no, I - I didn't enter.
Rita: 'Course you didn't. [winks] Everyone loves a rebel, Harry. [laughs to herself] Scratch that last. [the quill crosses out the last thing it wrote] Speaking of your parents, were they alive, how do you think they'd feel? Proud or concerned that your attitude shows, at best, a pathological need for attention, at worst, a psychotic death wish?
Harry: [glances at what the quill is writing] Hey, my eyes aren't glistening with the ghosts of my past!

The Pensieve[]

[Left alone in Dumbledore's office, Harry reaches for the Licorice Snaps. They come to life, biting at him. He staggers backwards, bumping into a cabinet. As the Licorice Snaps jump around the room and he scrambles to grab them, the cabinet opens up, revealing the Pensieve. Harry now turns his attention to the Pensieve. He walks up to it and stirs it with his wand. Suddenly, a courtroom forms, and a screaming Harry falls into it. He lands next to Dumbledore, who is seated in the audience.]
Harry: Professor?
Man: Professor.
[The man reaches through Harry's body to shake hands with Dumbledore, making it clear that Harry is not really there. Meanwhile, Karkaroff is raised into a cage in the middle of the room.]
Crouch: Igor Karkaroff, you have been brought from Azkaban at your own request, to present evidence to this council. Should your testimony prove consequential, council may be prepared to order your immediate release. Until such time, you remain in the eyes of the Ministry a convicted Death Eater. Do your accept these terms?
Karkaroff: I do, sir.
Crouch: And what do you wish to present?
Karkaroff: I have names, sir. There was a Rosier, Evan Rosier.
Crouch: Rosier is dead.
Karkaroff: Dead?
Moody: [pointing at himself] Yeah, he took a piece of me with him, though, didn't he?
Karkaroff: I didn't know.
Crouch: If that is all the witness has to offer...
Karkaroff: No! No! No! There was Rookwood. He was a spy.
Crouch: Augustus Rookwood? Of the Department of Mysteries?
[Rita Skeeter is taking notes.]
Karkaroff: Yeah, yeah, the same. He passed information to You-Know-Who from inside the Ministry itself.
Crouch: Very well. Council will deliberate. In the meantime, you will be returned to Azkaban.
Karkaroff: No, wait! Please, I have more! What about Snape, Severus Snape?
Dumbledore: [standing up] As the council is very much aware, I've given evidence on this matter. Severus Snape was indeed a Death Eater, and prior to Lord Voldemort's downfall turned spy for us at great personal risk.
Karkaroff: It's a lie!
Dumbledore: [sitting back down] Today he's no more a Death Eater than I am.
Karkaroff: Severus Snape remains faithful to the Dark Lord!
Crouch: Silence! Unless the witness possesses any genuine name of consequence, this session is now concluded!
Karkaroff: Oh, no, no, no, I've heard about one more.
Crouch: What's that?
Karkaroff: The name.
Crouch: Yes?
Karkaroff: I know for a fact this person took part in the capture, and by means of the Cruciatus Curse, torture of the Auror Frank Longbottom and his wife!
[Barty Crouch Jr. is getting up to leave.]
Crouch: The name! Give me the wretched name!
Karkaroff: Barty Crouch!
[Rita Skeeter gasps.]
Karkaroff: ...Junior.
[Crouch Jr. decides to make a break for it, but Moody hits him with a spell. The elder Crouch looks stunned as several wizards apprehend his son.]
Crouch Jr.: Get your filthy hands off me, you pathetic little men! [turns to the older Crouch] Hello, Father.
Crouch: You are no son of mine.
Crouch Jr.: [flicks his tongue] Gaaaaahhhh! [his eyes bulge menacingly as he's taken away]
[Suddenly, Harry falls out of the Pensieve, landing on the floor of Dumbledore's office. Harry stands up to see Dumbledore now standing next to the Pensieve.]
Dumbledore: Curiosity is not a sin, Harry, but you should exercise caution. It's a Pensieve. Very useful if, like me, you find your mind a wee bit stretched. It allows me to see once more things I've already seen. [starts pacing] You see, Harry, I have searched and searched for something, some small detail, something I might have overlooked, something that would explain why these terrible things have happened. Every time I get close to an answer, it slips away. [sits down] It's maddening!

Dreams and Suspicions[]
