Robbed and THE MOST unhelpful staff

Beware parking is a NIGHTMARE. The show started at 8pm so we decided we’ll arrive at 7:30pm. We leave our apartment around 7:10 since GPS says it takes 20 mins to drive there. Cool. As we keep driving and getting closer to the arena the estimated time started to change, adding 5 extra minutes, then 10 mins, then 15 mins… there was awful traffic to get to it and realize there’s no parking at the arena but we have to park 5 blocks away. I have my elderly mother with me and the police wouldn’t let me in to drop her off but instructing to keep moving and park far 5 blocks away. We ended up being 40 mins late!!! Arriving at 8:40pm to the door. So advise to show up an hour before at least. Second part of the story, almost at the end of the show I decide to go to the restroom before the crowd leaves and I accidentally left my phone wallet (it’s a case that also contains my ID and credit cards). I realize this 5 mins later walking out and I rush back to the restroom to not find it. I ask the staff if anyone left a phone with them, nothing. I ask my mom to check her phone FindMyFriends app that shows my location to see my phone in the parking lot!! I’m panicking now, obviously someone took it and taking it home. I tell the staff to call the police I’ve been robbed, i see the location and I want help from the police to retrieve it but they just stand there and do NOTHING. I decide I’m gonna find my phone on my own and run to the parking lot chasing the dot of the location, I get to huge fence where buses are at the other side and the security won’t open it so I jump the fence and keep running. The dot is a half a mile away, I’m now getting really close to it and see a group of people standing to get a cab. I’m passing along them and it shows in the app that my phone is there. Crazy luck I spot a woman holding it, she doesn’t have a purse and wearing a dress so no pockets. I imagine that’s why she didn’t have it “hiding”. I grab it “that’s my phone!” and she holds on to it tight and there’s a staff member from the arena and I’m yelling “this is my phone! You stole it” and the staff again DOING NOTHING. Of course I eventually yank it off her and walk away. Horrible experience to feel so alone that no “Authority” would help you. Not sure if it’s Polish culture. Other side note, we purchased the VIP + catering ticket. And the catering section was so small, everyone crammed into one place with barely anywhere to seat. I’m standing there eating my plate. We paid extra to have a meal and not worry about getting dinner before but I do not recommend it unless they expand to other areas so people are more comfortable.

We were visiting for the escape room- which was great, but the staff in the go kart and fun room were sour girls who looked at us as we were criminal. Not cool.

One of the most beautiful and biggest arenas in Poland. Every day in this place play LOTOS Trefl Gdańsk volleyball team. The Arena is located on the border of Gdansk and Sopot.

The venue was excellent, but we waited for 30 minutes to get in! Snow on the ground and frosty! The security took very long before we were inside D3 entrance.

The stadium was built for the 2012 European Football Championship. The best modern architecture and in my opinion the most beautiful football stadium in the world. It is worth visiting of course during a sporting event or concert

Great sports arena to watch spirts. It quite big arena, but still easy to find your seats. To find and go there was easy, close to railway station. Basicly you can also walk from Sopot to Ergo, if you want, we did.

Location on the "bottom" areas of the city. Original solid reminding amber. Arrival by train, on major events also by SKM. Not far from the rest of the countryside with the original church. Next to the fairgrounds - Amberexpo.

The biggest arena in the Triple City, home place for football club, but most of all - a main venue for concerts. The atmosphere is great, but quality of sound - not the highest. Nevertheless, it is a great place to go for a concert. Going back home afterwards - difficult: getting a taxi is virtually impossible, waiting time for a train - very long.

Good place for live concerts, but pretty far from city center (Main train station). The best way to get there is to take 2,6,8 tram. Also, there is an option to get back to old town by night bus.
