Help Vega Baja – Help Vega Baja is a registered charity and appears on the register of charities held by the Valencian government.

About us

HELP Vega Baja is a registered charity with the Valencian government (CV-04-047761-A). Covering the Vega Baja area from La Marina to Pilar de la Horadada, including inland to Orihuela.

The charity has been supporting people and likeminded charities for over 45 years
and all the services provided are offered free of charge. HELP Vega Baja is a self-funded charity and is therefore totally reliant upon donations, funds raised from its charity shop in San Miguel, local car boot stall and fundraising events. The charity works very closely with other organisations such as the British Consulate, town halls and social service departments with the aim of providing the best support available. The San Miguel Centre offers advice and information, a charity shop, welfare team and the opportunity to hire mobility equipment with 50% discount for members of the charity.

For 40 years HELP Vega Baja has worked hard to support those people who have chosen to live or visit Spain. In recognition of those who continue to support the association in this work, the committee has developed a number of benefits specifically for its members and becoming a member or renewing an existing membership could not be simpler!
