I saw a clip of the video to the track Let's Go Out Tonight on UK TV at the time of it's release !
On some Black Culture Show but all they said was, ''....so this is him on his own ?"
But the Japanese bits were 'fun'.
They weren't listening.
It's a better record than the previous one.
Doll Squad is fun in a smutty Rick James sorta way.
Electro ?
Yeah, might have done better with some Instrumentals.
- Edited 13 years agoFor some reason this record is rated low - but from my point of view one of the best - Nile Rodgers did a perfectly produced album. The video for "State Your Mind" is pure fun. My personal pinacle of the 80ths. Heare again and rethink.
