Gaither High School Reviews
Rating 3.74 out of 5 479 reviews
I had a great four years of high school at Gaither High School. I have made many friendships, learned many new things, learned to be more independent, learned to strive to be the best person I can be, learned to work as hard as I can, and to set a goal and to always achieve it. The teachers are very supportive, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. The clubs and sports are a way for many students to come together to help make the school different and make changes, make friends, show school spirit, and come together to support other students and make a difference in many students lives like it did for me, it opened my eyes and mind to new ideas and perspectives. The faculty workers/office staff is very helpful, supportive, and caring when a student needs guidance and encouragement, I can say for a fact that they definitely have helped me in so many different ways. The bad experiences I had were the food and some classes and electives were bad and some very hard to do and understand.
My experience with Gaither High School has been great. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities. The best part has been the sense of community and school spirit. The worst part has been the limited resources and overcrowded classrooms. I would like to see more funding for facilities and smaller class sizes to enhance the learning environment.
The best part of Gaither has been the overall "high school experience." I participated in the sports and music programs and they were both very impactful. The "worst" part was probably just unhappiness when it came to teachers or admin, but this is definitely normal for high school students.
