Friends is one of the most popular comedy sitcoms out there today even in today’s day and age. The pilot episode of this series aired in 1994 and it exploded onto the scene. Courteney Cox posted a clip of the last scene of the series finale on her Instagram recently, with a behind-the-scenes clip of the main cast including, Matthew Perry, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer and Lisa Kudrow holding hands and bowing together as they wrap up filming.
The post also comes with a caption from Cox, “It’s been 20 years since the series finale of Friends. I don’t know how we were able to act through all the tears. Forever grateful.” The comments section is filled with fans revealing how Friends holds a very important part in their life. None of the other cast members have shared any posts other than Cox.
Talking about the fans, the whole industry and the community suffered a massive loss last year with the sudden passing of Matthew Perry. The industry and the fandom poured out all of their love for the brilliant actor on his passing. Matthew Perry played Chandler Bing in the Friends series who was arguably the funniest character on the show.
