Previously, the mother-of-five had shared her delight following her surgery to remove the swollen brain tissue that had been growing back.

This isn't the first time that Jenny has undergone this journey as she first discovered a tumour back in 2010 after she visited her family doctor complaining of an 'intolerable' migraine. After intensive surgery, she was given the all-clear in 2011 just months before she tied the knot with her showbiz hubby.

Reflecting on her health journey, Jenny admitted: 'I thought I’d never see this day. I’m on the other side of surgery and it’s just great.'

After she been given the go-ahead to return home from her doctor she shared a sweet snap of herself recuperating at home with her adoring husband right by her side.

'I’ve never been so grateful, grateful to have the last week behind me...,' she highlighted in the accompanying caption before she continued to note how she was at the start of: 'the road to getting Jenny back to where she actually belongs.'
