Not understand after 4 months lockdown why whole restaurant's staffs included the Indian guy manager service attitude changed so much, ALL hide inside the kitchen and behind the cashier counter near the kitchen except the supervisor, Ms Lisa (Green colour cloth) friendly and helpful only....Customers have to go behind to find a staff to take order, settle bill, add on drink, take cutlery..the staffs all NOT friendly. All tables after customers left no one bother to clear. I saw some customers request for window view seat was rejected by the manager due to no one clean the dirty tables then customers just left. I requested to see the manager so upset he just ignored me asked Ms Lisa to handle. Thanks God Chili's foods still nice 😋 That's why I rated 2 stars for foods.More

Food is good with huge portions. Price is affordable. However we had to wait a while because the place was crowded. The queue system could have been better managed though. There were too many people hanging around the entrance and it was confusing. We ended...up waiting for 30 mins for a table. I suppose it is also a popular place for people to celebrate birthdays because there were easily 6 to 7 birthday celebrations when we dined there. They have vegetarian options too. Generally service is good. The waiters and manager always checked with us on our dining experience. Thank you!More

Since its fasting month, there was ample seating and less noisy. Dishes ordered were poor. Even basic nachos was not pleasing. Used to be a good place to dine however will not be back as feedback from the other were the same, i.e burger was...not up to the mark too. Not what Chillis used to be and for the price, there are better eateries around the area.More

The service was friendly and helpful. We asked for seats by the window - the view was AMAZING! It was lovely looking out the window at the beautiful fountains and park. The food was awesome, cooked to perfection just like we asked for! Everybody ended...up with happy tummies!More

I enjoyed our visit to Chili’s. After saying that we wanted a table near the window, the waiter did what he could to move us there when the seat became available. The list of vegetarian options on the menu was extensive - unusual for Malaysia...based on previous experiences - and it was difficult to choose what to have as there was so much choice! Vegetarian fajitas were delicious, as was my mojito. It was packed and had a really good atmosphere to it. We were served relatively quickly and food didn’t take too long either.More

We had the Triple Dipper, Nachos with Beef & Guac, as well as the Calamari. If anyone tells you you can’t change the flavour of the drummettes in your Triple Dipper, they’re lying to you. Some staff are really nonchalant & will not offer satisfactory...service, but most are great! Especially Syafiq! Good on you 👏🏽 You really made my family’s dinner a better experience.More

I decided to have dinner here after going to Aquaria with my son and husband. For old time's sake. We were seated pretty quickly as it was about 6pm and the place wasn't packed (yet). As it was my birthday, my husband asked the waiter...if there was promotion for birthday celebrants. Our waiter said no so we shrugged it of, thinking they might have changed their policy. So as we waited for our food, out they came with a complimentary ice cream and cookie and singing me a happy birthday, which surprised all 3 of us. Smart move dude! Caught us all off guard. I ordered the triple dipper and (of course) the frozen watermelon margarita for myself while my husband ordered the enchiladas and Guinness Stout for himself. My son had the kids meal with milk. Needless to say, we were very very full and we left very very satisfied. I remember now why we loved it back then. And still do now.More

Table was dirty when we arrived. Waitress didn't show up for a long time. The menu was sticky. The burgers and French fries from MC Donalds and Burger King taste much better that what we got served in that restaurant.

Eat all you can, try all the dishes. Mouthwatering desserts. Price is a bit high but worth for the money.

Me and my friend had lunch today to celebrate his 37th birthday and it great.. The food was nice and the service as well.. The one great thing about celebrating birthdays at Chili's is that the staff sings happy birthday to the birthday celebrant. Which...makes the whole experience more fun! 😃More
