Students come first at George Spencer Sixth Form. We provide an extensive range of courses for you to select your own learning package plus many activities and opportunities to make up your unique Sixth Form experience.
The Enrichment Programme will help you to develop transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving, which are essential for lifelong learning and employment.
Life in the Sixth Form is very different to life in the main school. The atmosphere is more relaxed and you are expected to take more responsibility for the organisation of your time and work. You will be allocated a Learning Manager who will monitor your progress, support your learning and your university or apprenticeship applications.
At George Spencer Sixth Form there is a friendly and caring atmosphere. Staff and students are very approachable, so if you are coming from another school be assured of a very warm welcome and support which will enable you to settle in quickly.
