Singapore-based Scoot (TR) is the low-cost arm of the Singapore Airlines Group. Scoot took to the skies in June 2012 and merged with Tigerair Singapore in July 2017. The merged airline retained the Scoot brand and it is well positioned for a new chapter of growth. Scoot operates a mixed fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners and Airbus A320 family aircraft, with a network encompassing more than 60 destinations across 17 countries and territories. Scoot provides – in addition to fantastic value airfares – a safe, reliable and contemporary travel experience with a unique attitude – Scootitude. In the Economy Class, Scoot offers extra legroom seat options as well as the Scoot-in-Silence quiet cabin zone on its Dreamliner flights. Also on its Dreamliner flights, ScootPlus offers a more enhanced flying experience, as compared to Economy Class, featuring leather seats with double legroom, adjustable headrest and leg rest, extra baggage allowance and more. DO NOT FLY WITH SCOOT. I had the worst experience ever, I had a 12-hours flight, no food was included, with no screen and no plug to charge my devices. On top of that, they lost my luggage, it's been 4 days now and they still haven't found it... Do yourself a favor and choose any other airline.

Both to and fro was delayed. It was delay for 2hrs . First time took scoot and highly not recommended. Will be the first and the last time I book scoot.

-100/10. The Scoot app itself is rubbish, wouldn’t let us pre-pay for extra kilo’s as we knew one of our checked luggage was slightly overweight. Get to the counter, the desk attendant could not have cared less about her job, rolled her eyes and told us €200 for the bag being 3kgs overweight. We asked her to please contact a supervisor as that is an EXTREME fee for 3kgs, she again, rolls her eyes and phones her supervisor who decides €105 is a fair price. Utter nonsense. We removed items of clothing and wore them on our bodies onto the flight instead. Hire a new engineer for your app, and hire some new desk attendants in Athens. Could not UN-recommend an airline quicker. Will be avoiding at all costs in future.

Terrible is an understatement. I have contacted their online help desk M.A.R.V.I.E for wheelchair assistance before noon on the day of flight citing my mom has sought medical treatment due to sudden inability to walk that same morning. I was informed by a staff member citing she has made the necessary arrangements. Upon arrival at Bangkok airport, the ground handling claimed there was no such request for passenger made. I contacted M.A.R.V.I.E again and they implied I made such request less than 48hours before flight and I should be aware of this is not guaranteed and presented me this 2 paragraphs to read. b) Acceptance for carriage of incapacitated persons, persons with an illness or other people requiring special assistance are subject to prior arrangement with us. Guests with reduced mobility who require assistance at the airport, including wheelchair and ambulift services, as well as guests who intend to travel with their own wheelchair, are required to notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure via a Scoot Call Centre. Failure to notify us in advance may result in the service being unavailable on your arrival at the airport and/ or you are being refused carriage. Please be advised that you have acknowledged the Conditions of Carriage before creating the booking, which includes the adding of wheelchair assistance should be done 48 hours before the departure. ....since their request was less than 24hrs, it cannot be guaranteed as per again the Condition of carriage that you acknowledged that it should be requested 48 hours prior to your flight." However, if the agent has made known at point of request, this service might not be guaranteed, we could have made alternative arrangements. But this is not as such!
