Can't Set Up Mobile Hotspot Windows 10

I have been using Mobile hotspot in my Windows 10 as wifi hotspot at school. UntiI I couldn't use it.  "We can't set up mobile hotspot" error message. I I have been searching at google how to fix it. But sometime I can turn on the mobile hotspot and sometimes not. Sometimes when its mobile hostpot is on sometimes I can not connect to my device. Anyone had the same problem and know how to fix it? Usually this happens after I connect with public network in Indonesia usually called with wifi.id. Please I need your help. Your help is greatly appreciated.

First you should run Internet Connections / Hardware & devices Troubleshooter and then execute Microsoft recommended troubleshooting steps. Update me once done.

A. Run Internet Connections Troubleshooter / Hardware & Devices Troubleshoote
Windows Key+I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Click Internet Connections > Run the Troubleshooter
Windows Key+I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Click Hardware & Devices > Run the Troubleshooter

B. Head to following Microsoft Help Link and execute the steps there

Following is the content of the Help which you should try

Things to try first
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands
Update the network adapter driver
Roll back the network adapter driver
Temporarily turn off firewalls
Temporarily turn off any antivirus or malware-prevention software
Uninstall the network adapter driver and restart
Use network reset to reinstall network devices

First, Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it

I can turn on my mobile hotspot again. But, after I turn on the device I can not connect to my mobile hostpot. I've checked the network and sharing center, in my local area network have'nt network access .How to fix this problem ?

what is the IP address that is assigned to your device connected to the mobile hotspot and what is the error message you receive? if you prefer, post a screenshot.
