I've stayed for 3 nights and I wish I could stay more!
The rooms are of high aesthetic quality, staying very fonctional at the same time incorporating new technologies. The marriage of modern design with roman decorative references is very succesful. The attention to details is present!
The hotel's position is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is calm and close to all tourist attractions.
The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. Not only for the huge buffet variety, but also for the great view of the restaurants. Special compliments for the breakfast staff who overpass all expectations offering always more, personalizing the menu, giving always nice tips for the city and most of all having a warm smile all the time.
Diner was also great, high quality and good prices. The signature cocktails are very promising... The one I've tasted was just much better than expected.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Eden for our 10th wedding anniversary and, while I am normally not one to write hotel reviews, I wanted to take a moment to recognize what an incredible hotel experience the staff provided.

First, the hotel is in fantastic condition; the rooms are wonderful and the beds are probably the most comfortable we have slept in... anywhere. The bathroom is luxurious and every other detail of the room is perfect.

We ate at the hotel every day and the views from the terrace restaurant are likely some of the best in Rome. We arrived on a Sunday and had the hotel buffet for lunch; the display was outstanding, the food was delicious (try their mushroom pappardelle) and the service was impeccable. We ate in the terrace every morning and breakfast just as good. The Library bar is great for a drink as well.

We used the spa several times and felt pampered every time we were there. The space is quiet and intimate and the staff is superb.

The staff of the hotel is really what sets the Hotel Eden apart; we stayed at another high-end hotel during our stay in Rome and it did not compare to the Eden experience, mainly because the staff at Eden is operating at such an elevated level. Not only did we have a beautiful welcome package in our rooms, but they took time to get pictures of our children (whom we left at home) and put those pictures in frames in our room to help combat our homesickness. They showered our room with flowers and balloons to celebrate our anniversary, they were quick and kind with excellent recommendations. Most importantly, they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed that, despite being in a grand hotel, it felt as though we were staying In the home of close friends.

We really could not recommend the Hotel Eden enough and will be coming back on all our future stays to the Eternal City!

A gem of a hotel that radiates Italian elegance, hospitality & warmth. Each and every member of the staff is genuinely caring and always greets with a warm smile.

The rooms are gorgeous, spotless, traditional but modern in every way. We booked a suite with an interconnected room for our family & enjoyed the view of the Villa Medici & gardens every day. The bathrooms are lovely with Bottega toiletries & that scored a huge point with us :):) We also thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea in the sun drenched but cool living room. Everyday there were dessert surprises which our teens & twenties loved.

The location is perfect, less than 10 mins to the Spanish Steps and lot of other attractions. We walked late every night & it’s safe.

The hotel has a good breakfast - menu & buffet with a great selection of fruit, pastries juices etc. The expansive city view is pretty amazing from the rooftop restaurant.

The concierge team at the hotel are among the finest & made our life super easy & smooth. The reception staff, the servers during breakfast, in room dining team, housekeeping, the doormen, bellboys - all provided exceptional service & we will always remember their hospitality & kindness & warmth. On our first day Francesco (I hope I got the name correct) even offered to change a dish in case we did not like it.) Everyone smiles here all the time!

We have stayed at many exceptional hotels around the world but the warmth & kindness we received here have touched our hearts, Needless to say the manager of the hotel is an amazing & true gentleman.

Have to add here that prior to our stay, each & every email I sent to the reservation team was answered promptly, always with the right information.

Will miss hotel Eden!

The hotel interiors in the main areas are lovely and the location is great, we could walk everywhere but I don't think the rooms are anything special, and definitely not worth the price. When we arrived we were given a small corner room facing into a very small courtyard which was extremely underwhelming. I booked through a website which searches for the most competitive prices so I understand that the premium rooms are given to guests who book directly through the hotel but it seemed quiet with all of the fears about Coronavirus at present, should the hotel have been overrun with guests I of course would have understood we paid €200/€300 less than other guests so that's reflected in the room but staying here does not come cheap and I don't believe that the room was anywhere near worth the price tag. The bathrooms were lovely though!
Neither of us would stay here again, I think you can get much better value elsewhere.

The Staff did not keep a confirmed reservation at the Restaurant and gave the booked table to some other more important Guest. Once we arrived to the Restaurant we were asked to wait until the previous Guests will leave and table will be cleaned. Once this happened our reserved table was given to another Guest of the hotel in front of our Eyes. What a shame as we were told numerous Lies from all the responsible Staff.

The minute you arrive you are greeted and welcomed by such a kind and warmhearted employees! The hotel entrance and lobby is small but super chic and wonderfully designed.
We arrived very early but reception made sure we get our rooms 15 minutes after our arrival- this was super appreciated!
They escorted us to our room and there was a wonderful hotel chef amenities, heavenly chocolate and great bio juices. In our other room suite there was a Veuve & Clicquot champagne!
The premium room is super spacious and with most stylish decor. The bathtub has a wonderful view and bathroom amenities are Bottega Veneta.
The breakfast was superb with great fresh varieties of only best ingredients.
We super enjoyed our stay and looking forward to return! Only and best choice when in Roma to enjoy true hospitality and wonderful Dolce vita.

Understatedly elegant, luxurious, stunningly beautiful, with every single detail thought of - I wish I could give ten stars. From the moment you walk into that gorgeous lobby and are greeted by a chorus of friendly hellos until the moment the doorman shuts your car door, you are in absolute heaven. Roberta at the front desk made my weekend break the most unforgettable time, along with the entire front desk staff. Room service was astoundingly quick and warm. Il Giradino is a beautiful sparkling space with the best Roman style artichokes I've ever eaten - don't miss them!

Eden will be my Rome destination for many years to come. I simply cannot wait to visit again. If you're considering Eden and looking among other luxury hotels in Rome - stop. Your search is over. Book the Eden.

Excellent location close to but not on top of the Spanish Steps, feels like a private oasis surrounded by the Swiss Institute across the street, and the Villa Aurora next door. We had a third floor corner room with a view. The room was spacious, elegant, understated. Large bathrooms with towel warmers! Perfect turndown service with slippers ready for tired feet. We had a lovely welcome and a lovely goodbye from the staff, all of whom are beyond hospitable. Breakfast, appertivo, and supper overlooking the City are next level! The Eden is within walking distance of everything in Rome, too. Telling them goodbye was a sad experience. The attention to detail here cannot be understated. Knowing we were getting on a train for Florence, the doorman handed us bags with water, snacks, and refreshing towelettes for our train ride....so thoughtful. La Terraza was a culinary delight our first night in Italy, too. If you want elegance, understatement, service, and beauty, the Hotel Eden is indeed an Eden in Rome.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, typical Dorchester service
The hotel is in excellent condition but the main thing that makes it is the staff, they are just top notch. Without being too “in your face” they just make sure everything is perfect for you.
We went for “ one drink” at the bar ahead of going to the Via Veneto but enjoyed it so much we didn’t leave. Luca and Gianluca were wonderful hosts and the view across the city is magnificent
The restaurant service is equally good as is the view both for dinner and breakfast
The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are wonderfully comfortable
If you’re in Rome this is the place to stay
Loved it

Hotel Edén has nice rooms and okey lobby, but it’s not a first class hotel. It’s just way overpriced vs what a real first class hotel service should operate like. Management should visit the Bristol in Paris to understand what a hotel that charges more than 1k euros per night should be like.

The restaurant Service is good (specially from Francesco) but restaurant and food feels like being on an all inclusive cruise ship.
