Just came across this very interesting video – that jazz great Lee Ritenour played a part in the recording of Pink Floyd’s album The Wall.
As Lee Ritenour stated, when you think of a band like Pink Floyd, you think of a virtuoso like Gilmour doing it all and not employing outside help
Some time ago, I learned that guitarist Snowy White (yes that’s his real name and he’s a great player!) had been hired to play guitar behind Gilmour on both the Animals! & The Wall tours back in the 70’s and Roger Waters had hired him again in 1999 when Waters had put a band together for his In The Flesh tour.
