James Payton (born 18 December, 1975) is an English actor who portrayed Frank Longbottom in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He appeared only in a photograph of the Order of the Phoenix.

Payton also served as a stand-in for both Dan Fogler and Colin Farrell during filming of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
