I would like the school so change the way they allocate their budget, the reason that sports at this school do well but anything academic or otherwise is lacking is because the school spends so much of their budget for student activities on sports.
In my four years at Atlanta High school I have learned so much ; not just reading, writing, and arithmetic.
We have been taught to be kind and courteous , to never give up , and to always chase our dreams no matter what anyone else says. Atlanta High School has been a life changing experience with the acceptance and empathy of all students not just theirs , for example 9 hours away there was a school shooting last year in South Texas . Our school put up angels in the court yard to honor every student and teacher that was injured or passed away . This made me want to help my community and others like ours , with that it is a main reason I want to go into health sciences and nursing . Atlanta High School has taught me to help, empathize , and pour my heart into my actions and intentions.

I think that Atlanta is probably one of the best public schools in the area. We have a lot of sports, UIL events, and other extracurricular activities. I would love to see a remodel of our Agriculture and Welding building since it is not as nice as our other buildings.
