We do things a little differently than every other airline. For example, we don’t fly to every city.

We don’t fly every day, only the days when most people want to fly. Flying fewer flights with more passengers means we’re able to pass the savings on to you.
You pay for the services you choose to use. For example, not everyone travels with checked luggage, so instead of adding a bag fee to every ticket, you only pay to cover the costs of the bags you choose to bring. It’s just one more way we’re able to let passengers customize their travel in order to suit more budgets.

Allegiant customers are eligible for exclusive savings on hotel rooms and rental cars as part of an airline ticket package. You won’t find these deals anywhere else. You see, we don’t want to be all things to all people. We want to be the one airline you think of when you need a great vacation at a great price.

Are Allegiant team members required to wear face coverings?show details: No, team members may wear masks if they choose, but it is not required.

Can we purchase our tickets at the airport?show details: Travelers are advised to book in advance through the Allegiant Air Web site or customer call center. Can I add a person to my Allegiant Stadium package?show details: If another passenger will be traveling with you, please book a new reservation online.
If the new passenger will be under the age of 15 at the time of travel, please contact the Allegiant Reservations Center. Have your itinerary number available when calling.

Can I add another flight or another stop to my package?show details: No, customers will have to book a separate itinerary if they want to add a flight. Please keep in mind, Allegiant’s flights are non-stop and there are no connecting flights.

Can I apply a travel voucher when paying for an Allegiant Stadium package?show details: Yes. Vouchers may be redeemed for Allegiant Stadium packages.

Can I bring a camera to Allegiant Stadium?show details: Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 6” in length are permitted into Allegiant Stadium. Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted into Allegiant Stadium without proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Camera bags and binocular cases are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadiums.

Can I get a military discount on Allegiant Stadium packages?show details: No, discounts are not currently available for Allegiant Stadium packages.

Can I get a refund if there has been a death in the family?show details: In an effort to keep our fares low for all passengers and to stay competitive, Allegiant does not offer a bereavement exception.

Yes, customers may upgrade the car rental on an existing itinerary by contacting Customer Care for assistance. Customers can add a new car rental through Manage Travel.

Can I walk to Allegiant Stadium from the Strip?show details: Walking to Allegiant Stadium from the Las Vegas Strip is convenient and safe via the Hacienda Bridge. The less than 1-mile path from Las Vegas Boulevard to Allegiant Stadium will be closed to all vehicle traffic and open for pedestrian access only on all game days and select event days. The Bridge, itself, is 0.3 miles in length from its east side to the Stadium gate, a short 10- to 15-minute walk. Allegiant Stadium and its partners will be present to manage pedestrian traffic prior to and following events.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend a game at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Attendees must abide by all Health and Safety Policies as set forth by Allegiant Stadium. You can find current requirements by visiting www.allegiantstadium.com.

How will I receive my tickets for the game at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Tickets to the game at Allegiant Stadium will be sent electronically via Ticketmaster to the email you provide.
You will receive an email from Raiders Ticket Office, and you must accept the ticket transfer in your email.

I need to change my travel plans. How will that affect my package?show details: Packages may not be modified or refunded.

Is tailgating permitted at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Tailgating is permitted in designated lots for a maximum of four (4) hours. Guests can begin tailgating four hours prior to kickoff; however, tailgating becomes prohibited at kickoff. Guests looking to tailgate on Allegiant Stadium-operated property are required to possess a valid parking pass. Vehicles without a valid parking pass will not be allowed on property parking lots.

Is there a bag check at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Allegiant Stadium has two bag check locations. For each bag checked, there is a $20 non-refundable charge and payment is cashless (debit/credit/mobile payment). Bag check opens the same time Allegiant Stadium gates opens and closes one-hour post-game. Bags remaining in bag check after it closes will be returned to lost and found.

Is there a rideshare drop-off/pick-up location at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Vehicles without a valid event parking pass are not permitted into the Allegiant Stadium parking lots. For drop-offs and pick-ups, please enter Diablo Drive off Valley View Blvd and continue to Procyon St. For on-site drop-offs at the Caesars Rewards East and MGM Resorts West VIP drop-off locations, please contact [email protected].

Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards, and segways
Commercial audio or video recording equipment
Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
Fireworks and missile-like objects
Hard-sided containers (including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers, and thermoses)
Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements, and any threatening or taunting messages
Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
Non-service animals
Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind
Portable chairs, seat cushions, child seats, and strollers
Projectiles, including balls and frisbees

What forms of payment are accepted at Allegiant Stadium?show details: Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession location. Debit cards, credit cards, and mobile payment (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) are accepted. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash to Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

What time do Allegiant Stadium gates open for entry?show details: VIP entries open three hours prior to kickoff. All other entries open two hours prior to kickoff.

What’s included with an Allegiant Stadium Football Fan Package?show details: An Allegiant Stadium package includes tickets to the game at Allegiant Stadium, hotel stay, roundtrip flights, seat selection, carry-on bag, checked bag, and priority boarding. There is an option to add a car rental to your package.

What’s the bag policy at Allegiant Stadium?show details

Where can I buy a parking pass for Allegiant Stadium?show details

Parking Passes

Raiders season parking passes are good for Raiders games only. Parking passes can only be accessed digitally via the Raiders official app
Pre-purchased single-game parking passes are available at select lots and can be purchased on the SpotHero app. The ability to pay for parking upon arrival is based on availability. We strongly encourage you to purchase your parking pass in advance of the event
Parking passes are only valid for parking vehicles and do not entitle the pass holder to occupy a space without a vehicle
Parking passes can only be used for the designated lot
Pass holders must enter through the designated lot entry gate indicated on the back of the parking pass. Pass holders who fail to enter through the designated lot entry gate will be redirected to the correct gate
Once inside the gate, pass holders will be directed by staff into a specific stall

ADA & Accessible Parking

All accessible parking spaces require a valid ADA placard or a valid ADA license plate
If accessible parking is full, ADA placard or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the reserved parking lots. ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to the Allegiant Stadium lots.

Oversized Vehicles

Allways Rewards®

1. How do I create a new Allways Rewards® account?show details: You can create a new account here.

1a. If I have two accounts, can I merge them?show details: Yes, but you will need to call Customer Care at (702) 505-8888 in order to do so.

1b. How do I update my personal account information?show details: When logged in to your Allways Rewards® account, click on the tab labeled [My Profile]. Once there, you can click on [Edit my Profile] and make any changes. You can also make changes to your account by calling our Customer Care Center at (702) 505-8888.

1c. What do I do if I forget my password?show details: When attempting to log in to your account, there will be a button beneath the password section labeled [Forgot Password]. Click this button and it will take you through the steps to reset your password.

1d. How do I access my points and benefits?show details: Points and benefits can be accessed through logging in to your Allways Rewards® account.

1e. What are my points worth? What is the conversion rate?show details: 1 point is worth $0.01. For example, if you have 100 points, you will be able to redeem them for a value of $1.

1f. How do I contact customer care?show details: Our customer care center can be reached at (702) 505-8888.

1g. Can I save my payment method in my Allways Rewards® account?show details: Yes, you can update your payment information at any time by logging into your account at Allegiantair.com (currently unavailable at Sunseekerresorts.com). After signing in, click on [My Profile] and proceed to Payment Cards section. A maximum of 4 credit cards can be stored in your Profile. You can designate one of these credit cards as Primary and the system will use it to pre-populate your payment details before a purchase. At any point you can add, modify or delete saved credit cards in your Profile. If the name on the card has changed or the expiration date has passed, log in to your account, scroll down to the Payment Cards section and click the link to edit the card information.

1h. Can I use a different payment method even though I have saved my preferred credit card in my profile?show details: Yes. During any purchase on our site you can use either the stored payment card or any other card you may have.

1i. What should I do if I can’t access my Allways Rewards® account from the Allegiant mobile app?show details

Step 1: Log out of the Allegiant mobile app and then log back in.

To log out, open the mobile app and select “More” from the bottom menu. If you are logged into your account, you’ll see a “Logout” option. Select “Logout” and then confirm it on the next screen to log out of your account.

Note: If you do not see “Logout” as an option, then you are not logged into your account.

Now try to log into your account using “My Account.”

Step 2: If you are still unable to access your account or information, log out of your account again (or confirm you are not logged in) using the same process outlined in Step 1. Then delete the Allegiant mobile app and reinstall the latest version of the app through your app store.

Once the app is reinstalled, log into your account using “My Account.”

Step 3: In the event you are still unable to log into your account after reinstalling the app, send an email to [email protected] detailing your situation. Be sure to include the make and model of the device you’re using and your device’s operating system (OS) version.

2. How can I see how many points I have earned?show details: You can see your available points by logging in to your Allways Rewards® account, and click on the [Points], or [Dashboard] section.

2a. How do I earn my points?show details: You can earn points by purchasing a flight or travel package on Allegiantair.com while being logged in to your Allways account. Allways members earn 1 point per qualified dollar spent on Allegiantair.com, and 2 points per qualified dollars spent on Allegiant itineraries with qualified spend equal to or above $500. Your Allegiant earned points will show up in your account 72 hours after the completion of your itinerary. Itinerary completion is defined by the final date of your travel which could be a return flight date or hotel check-out date, whichever is later.
You can also earn points by booking a stay on SunseekerResorts.com, while being logged into your Allways account. Allways members earn 1 point per qualified dollar spent on SunseekerResorts.com and during your stay at Sunseeker Resorts, provided that all qualifying purchases are charged to your room. Your Sunseeker Resorts earned points will show up in your account up to 72 hours after resort checkout.
You can also earn points by making purchases using your Allegiant credit card. For more information, click here.

2b. Can I earn points on tickets that I purchase for other passengers?show details: Yes. Any purchases made under your account for other passengers on Allegiant, will earn points towards your account. You will earn points on the full transaction. Additionally, any purchases made under your account for other travelers at Sunseeker Resort, will earn points towards your account when they provide your allways number at checkout. You will earn points on the full transaction.

2c. How many points do I earn per transaction?show details: As an Allways Rewards® member you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Allegiantair.com or SunseekerResorts.com, and during your stay at Sunseeker Resorts, provided that all qualifying purchases are charged to your room. Members also earn 2 points per $1 spent on Allegiant itineraries over $500 (not applicable to Sunseeker Resorts purchases).

2d. Can I purchase points as a gift for someone?show details: Unfortunately, points are not currently able to be bought as gifts.

2e. Can I merge the points in my account with another Allways Rewards® account holder?show details: No, Allways Rewards® points cannot be combined, accrued or transferred from multiple accounts.

2f. Do I earn points on taxes and fees?show details: No, you will not earn base loyalty points on taxes and fees, but you can use your points towards taxes and fees. You can, however, earn points on taxes and fees on purchases made with the Allegiant credit card.

2g. Do discounts based on a promotion code, or use of a voucher impact the number of points I earn?show details: Yes, you will only earn points on the portion of the purchase paid for out of pocket. You will not earn points on the amount of your itinerary that was paid for by a promotion code, points, or voucher.

3. When are my points credited to my account?show details: Allegiant earned points will be credited to your account 72 hours after the final leg of the itinerary has been completed. Sunseeker Resorts earned points will be credited to your account up to 72 hours after your checkout. Points earned on purchases made with your Allegiant credit card will be deposited into your account after your monthly credit card statement closes.

3a. How do I know that I have received my points?show details: You can check your point status online 24/7 by logging in to your Allways Rewards® account and clicking on ‘Points’. Please allow 72 hours after your travel has completed, up to 72 hours after your Sunseeker checkout, and 1-2 billing cycles after your Allegiant credit card monthly credit card account statement has closed for points to be credited to your account.

3b. What happens if I cancel a purchase that I was expecting to earn points on?show details: The points you would have earned will be cancelled and will not post to your account.

3c. How long after my purchase are my points available for use?show details: Allegiant earned points will be deposited into your account 72 hours after the last leg of your itinerary has been completed. Sunseeker Resort earned points will be deposited into your account up to 72 hours after your checkout. Points earned on your Allegiant credit card are eligible for redemption on the first day after your monthly credit card statement closes.

3d. What do I do if I have earned points that do not appear in my account after the waiting period?show details: You may call our Customer Care team at (702) 505-8888, which is open 24/7. They will be able to help you research any concerns and resolve them accordingly.

3e. Do my points ever expire?show details: Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Activity is defined by making a booking while being logged in to your Allways account, or booking over the phone with your Allways ID Number.
If you are an active Allegiant credit cardholder, your points will not expire as long as your card account is open. For more information on the Allegiant credit card, click here.
However, all accrued points in a member’s account will be forfeited if the member’s Allways account is closed for any reason.

3f. What is considered activity?show details: Activity is defined by making a booking while being logged in to your Allways account, or booking over the phone with your Allways ID Number.

3g. Is there any reason that I could lose points that I have earned?show details: Points will be lost if your Allways Rewards® account is inactive for 24 months (Allegiant credit cardholders are exempt from this rule as long as their card account remains open), or if your Allways Rewards® account is closed. In the case that you cancel an itinerary/transaction that was eligible for point earning, the points you would have earned will be cancelled and will not post to your account.

3h. How do I address point discrepancies?show details: You may call our Customer Care team at (702) 505-8888 with any point discrepancies. Make sure you have proof of purchase and your membership information.

4. How do I redeem my points?show details: Points can be redeemed on the Allegiant payment page when you are making a purchase online, or at the checkout counter at Sunseeker Resorts by providing your account number. You will need to be logged into your account in order to use your points.

4a. Is there a minimum of how many points I can redeem at once?show details: No, there is no minimum. You are able to redeem your points, at any time. Even if you only have $1 of points in your account, you can apply it for redemption towards your next purchase.

4b. Are there any blackout dates or locations for my Allways Rewards® redemptions?show details: No, there are no blackout dates or locations for redemption. Your Allways Rewards® points can be used on any flight package, including itineraries with hotel stay, car rental, or destination attractions booked through Allegiantair.com, or any resort stay booked on SunseekerResorts.com, including taxes and fees. You cannot redeem Allways Rewards® points on hotel-only or rental car-only bookings on Allegiantair.com.

4c. What can I redeem my points on?show details: Points can be redeemed on all flight travel packages booked on Allegiantair.com, any resort stay booked on SunseekerResorts.com, or any purchases charged to your room when staying at Sunseeker Resort. At this time points cannot be redeemed for Allegiantair.com hotel or rental car bookings that do not include a flight.

4d. Can I redeem my points elsewhere?show details: As of now, points can only be redeemed on Allegiantair.com and at Sunseeker Resort.

4e. Can I redeem points on taxes and fees?show details: Yes, you can redeem points towards taxes and fees.

4f. Can I use my points for any extras on my booking?show details: Yes, any flight packages can be purchased using points. This includes hotel, auto rental, checked bags, seat selection, and all of our other ancillary offerings. As a reminder, points can currently only be redeemed on itineraries that include a flight. When staying at Sunseeker Resort, your points can be used for any dining or amenities that are charged back to your room.

4g. Can I use my points when I book a hotel or car through Allegiantair.com?show details: Yes, points can be redeemed for all package bookings. However, you cannot currently redeem points when making a hotel-only or rental car-only transaction.

4h. What happens if I cancel a purchase for which I redeemed points?show details: The points that you redeemed on the cancelled purchase will be issued back in the form of a voucher.

5. Are there added benefits to having an Allegiant credit card?show details: Yes, cardholders also earn points on everyday purchases, have access to a dedicated Allegiant Member Services phone number, receive complimentary priority boarding, a free drink onboard, BOGO airfare benefit, no points expiration as long as the card is open, access to exclusive cardholder only promotions and more. 5a. Where can I see all of the benefits offered to me with my Allegiant credit card?show details: You can see a list of all your benefits here.

5b. What flight benefits do I receive by holding the Allegiant credit card?show details: Allegiant credit cardholders receive complimentary priority check-in and priority boarding on Allegiant flights for you and everyone else on your itinerary when you present your Allegiant credit card to the ticket counter agent and the gate agent upon boarding. In addition, Allegiant credit cardholders receive one free drink every time they fly Allegiant when they present their Allegiant credit card to the flight attendant upon ordering a drink.

5c. As an Allegiant credit cardholder, do the points I earn ever expire?show details: Points do not expire for Allegiant credit cardholders as long as their card account is open. However, if the account is canceled for any reason, all points accrued in the account are subject to the 24-month expiration rule. On the date of a card cancellation, your points will be set to expire after 24 months of inactivity. You can stop your points from expiring by making a purchase with Allegiant every 24 months, with any form of payment. However, all accrued points in a member’s account will be forfeited if the member’s Allways account is closed for any reason.

Baggage

About the process for boarding with a battery operated device.show details

Battery powered mobility devices (wheelchairs/scooters, etc.) will be checked at no additional charge at the ticket counter or gate and transported if the cargo compartment is large enough and if all federal HAZMAT safety regulations are satisfied.

Additionally, it is recommended that all removable parts (i.e., cushions, arm or leg rests, and side guards) be stowed within the aircraft cabin in an overhead bin or under a seat if the parts fit and also meet all FAA safety requirements for onboard stowage.

In some situations, it will be necessary to remove the battery from the passenger’s wheelchair or other mobility device, and to package it separately:

Proper labeling of battery cables and/or providing detailed disconnection and reconnection directions will assist ground personnel at the departure or destination city to easily disconnect/reconnect the battery to the wheelchair/scooter.

Other Assistive Devices

Other assistive devices, such as walkers, canes, crutches, CPAP machines, etc., that can be stowed in compliance with FAA safety regulations, will not be counted toward your one carry-on plus one personal item limit. If an assistive device cannot be stored safely in the cabin, we will tag your device and transport it in the cargo compartment.

Are there items I am restricted from bringing in my luggage? Can I pack liquid in my carry-on bag?show details: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has an approved list of items that can be packed in your checked luggage or brought on board in your carryon bag.

Hazardous materials are forbidden
Federal law (49 U.S.C. 175) forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your baggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include aerosols, flammable solids or liquids, compressed gases, bio hazards, infectious substances, corrosives, explosives, lithium batteries, magnetic, oxidizing materials, poisons and household items, radioactive materials, and other dangerous goods. Examples: paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals.
Passengers are advised to transport the following items on their person or in carry-on items and are not permitted in checked baggage. Electronic devices containing lithium-ion or lithium metal batteries such as laptops, cell phones, electronic cigarettes, tablets, hand-held games, cameras, watches, calculators, and spare lithium batteries. Medication and keys should also be kept with you. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your baggage. Can we bring Electric Skateboards / Balance Gliders / Hoverboards?
Allegiant will not accept for transport electric skateboards, balance gliders, hoverboards, or self-balancing boards of any type which use lithium metal or lithium ion batteries in either checked or carry-on baggage. This is due to hazardous materials restrictions.
How do I transport spare lithium batteries?
Spare (uninstalled) lithium ion and lithium metal batteries must be carried in carry-on baggage only.

Can I bring my rollaboard suitcase as a carry-on bag?show details: Yes! You may bring a small suitcase as your carry-on as long as it is within Allegiant’s size and quantity limits. Fees apply.
The carry-on bag exterior dimensions must not exceed 10 in. x 16 in. x 22 in. (25 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm).
This measurement includes wheels, pockets, handles and decorations. The carry-on bag must be placed in the overhead compartment.

Can I cancel my bundle?show details: We’re sorry, but bundles are non-refundable. Also, changes in travel dates or your destination may result in an additional charge for one or more items in the bundle.

Can I change what’s included in a bundle?show details: You can add additional baggage or upgrade your seat, but you won’t have the option to add, decline or change items in a bundle.

Can I purchase additional bags if I get a bundle?show details: Yes, you can add bags later during the booking process. Additional baggage fees will apply.

Can I purchase or upgrade a bundle at a later date?show details: No. Bundles can only be purchased at the time of the original booking, and you will not have the ability to change your bundle once you’ve booked your trip.

Can I send cargo?show details: No, Allegiant does not transport cargo.
All baggage must accompany a passenger on the flight.
The maximum allowable weight per checked bag is 99lbs.

Can I still bring a carry-on bag if I also have a stroller and a purse?show details: Yes, each passenger may bring one carry-on bag and one personal item in addition to necessary medical and assistive devices (including strollers), one jacket or coat, a small umbrella, food for consumption en route and/or a diaper bag. There is a fee to bring a carry-on bag which must not exceed the maximum carry-on bag size.

Can I take a stroller and car seat to the boarding gate?show details: One (1) infant stroller and one (1) infant or child safety seat will be checked at the ticket counter for each fare–paying passenger at no charge.
Alternately, each fare-paying passenger is allowed to take one stroller and one car seat to the boarding gate. If the stroller or car seat is taken to the gate, it will be "Gate Checked". This means that it will be stowed in the cargo hold of the aircraft and can then be picked up at gate side upon reaching the aircraft's final destination.

Can I transport fireworks?show details: No. Fireworks are on TSA's Prohibited Items list which can be found online at the TSA website.

Can I travel with a firearm?show details

Allegiant allows firearms to be transported on domestic flights (within the U.S. only), using the following guidelines:

All passengers must declare their firearm at time of check-in.
Passengers must be 18 years of age to check a firearm.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be carried on board the aircraft but are accepted in checked baggage only.
Firearms must be unloaded and encased in a locked, hard-sided container acceptable to Allegiant for withstanding normal checked baggage handling without sustaining damage to the firearm. Only the individual checking the baggage should retain the key or combination.
1. Firearm parts, including magazines, clips, bolts and firing pins, are prohibited in carry-on baggage, but may be transported in checked baggage.
2. Replica firearms, including firearm replicas that are toys, may be transported in checked baggage only.
3. Rifle scopes are permitted in carry-on and checked baggage.
There is no limit to the number of firearms or corresponding accessories a passenger can carry in the locked hard-sided container.

How do I travel with fish or game meat?show details

Perishable items

It is your responsibility to properly package all perishable items. We recommend you package raw meat and seafood so it is able to withstand a minimum of 48 hours in transit without refrigeration. Freeze or chill meat and seafood thoroughly before packaging for optimal final destination temperature.

Fish and raw game meat may be accepted as checked baggage only if packaged in a leak-proof container (Styrofoam not accepted). Gel ice is recommended. Restrictions apply for packages containing dry ice. Please see the Restricted Articles table for additional information.

Container specifications

Allegiant accepts properly packaged meats and seafood as checked baggage, however, containers must meet the following requirements:

If multi-walled, fully waxed corrugated (e.g., wet-lock) boxes are used, the contents must be sealed in 4-mil polyethylene liner (or two 2-milliners) to prevent leakage.
Styrofoam liners may be used inside polyethylene liners for additional insulation and protection from punctures caused by bones or fins.
Containers must be sealed or secured with strapping tape or a similar material.
Styrofoam coolers or boxes are not accepted by Allegiant.
Air freight containers (EO, EH or E) are not accepted.
Leakage must be prevented at all times.

Big game trophies

Antlers and horns are only accepted as checked baggage if they are properly packaged and meet normal size and weight restrictions.

Antlers must be wrapped in shrink wrap or plastic covering.
Antler tips must be padded to prevent punctures.
Antlers must be free of raw meat, blood, or noticeable odors.
Single allowable dimension may not exceed 38 inches deep, 34 inches wide, or 70 inches length/height. Total maximum allowable dimension must not exceed 120 linear inches (305cms). Any animal rack/antler that exceeds 120 linear inches cannot be accepted.

Special government regulations

The Federal Lacey Act requires labeling on all seafood or game transported across state lines. Customers checking seafood or game items must have a label or have the following written on the outside of the container:

Passenger’s name
Passenger’s address
Type of commodity as fish or wildlife and its specific species
Weight of each container

The State of Alaska requires special labeling for the following items leaving the state:

Unmounted antlers and horns
Raw capes from big game
Bear hide

This requirement may be met by completing and attaching a “Big Game Trophy Export” tag (obtained from the State of Alaska, Fish & Game, Wildlife Division) or by marking the outside of the container with the information.

I carry a big purse. Will I be charged a fee to bring that on board or can it count as my personal item?show details: All carry-on and personal items must fit within Allegiant’s luggage dimensions and may be verified prior to boarding. Please measure your bags carefully, including exterior wheels, pockets, and decoration.

Carry-on Bags and Personal Items must comply with the following baggage regulations:

1+1 Rule: Per TSA guidelines, each passenger is allowed to carry on the aircraft one carry-on bag (fees apply) plus one personal item.
The carry-on bag exterior dimensions must not exceed 10 in. x 16 in. x 22 in. (25 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm). The carry-on bag must be placed in the overhead compartment.
The personal item must not exceed exterior dimensions of 8 in. x 14 in. x 18 in. (20 cm x 35 cm x 45 cm) and must be placed under the seat.

In addition, passengers may bring mobility aids or assistive devices, necessary medical equipment such as diabetic supplies, a coat, jacket, diaper bag, or umbrella onboard the aircraft without charge.

As of September 27, 2006, customers are prohibited from taking liquids, gels, and/or aerosols through the passenger screening checkpoint into the boarding area EXCEPT one clear transparent re-sealable 1 quart (1liter) plastic bag containing liquids, gels and/or aerosols in containers of 3.4 oz. (100ml) capacity or less per container. The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and the plastic bag must be completely closed/sealed and subjected to x-ray inspection separate from the passenger's carry-on bag. Liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs, medications, and baby formula and baby food in containers, if a baby or small child is traveling, not contained in a clear transparent re-sealable 1 quart (1liter) plastic bag or over 3 oz. (90ml) can be carried onboard but must be declared to the TSA at the screening checkpoint. Breast milk is in the same category as liquid medications. A mother flying without her child will be able to bring breast milk through the checkpoint, provided it is declared prior to screening.

What are the restrictions and requirements for checked baggage?show details

Each checked bag may weigh up to 50 lbs. (22 kilos) and must not exceed eighty (80) linear inches in height + width + depth (203 cm).
Each passenger may bring up to 5 pieces of checked luggage. Up to 4 bags per person may be reserved online. Passengers wishing to check luggage will be charged a baggage fee.
Additional fees will be applied for sporting equipment, excess baggage, overweight and/or oversize checked bags.
No baggage weighing more than 99 lbs. will be accepted.

What happens if I board and there isn’t room for my carry-on luggage?show details: In the case that your bag is oversized and/or there is not room on board the aircraft for your carry-on bag, your bag will be gate-checked and you will be able to retrieve it at baggage claim at your destination airport.
If your bag is gate-checked, we recommend you remove any valuables, keys, electronics, medications, fragile items, and items you may need during the flight.

What kind of car seat or child restraint device is acceptable?show details: Convertible-type car seats designed for forward or backward installation in a forward-facing aircraft seat. Many of these carry the FMVSS.213 insignia and/or language indicating that they are "approved for use in motor vehicles and on aircraft." Any child restraint device manufactured between January 1, 1961 and February 25, 1985, must have the following label: "This child restraint device conforms to all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards." Any child restraint device manufactured since February 26, 1985, must have both of the following labels: "This child restraint device conforms to all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards" and "This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft." What type of sporting equipment can I bring when I travel?show details

Each piece of sporting equipment will be considered a checked bag with all applicable fees applied per person, per bag, per segment. All Baggage Fees are non-refundable. Applicable fees will be applied for bags exceeding the 50 lbs. weight limit and the 80 inches size limits. The total number of bags allowed may not exceed five per passenger. No baggage weighing more than 70 lbs. will be accepted.
When encased in an acceptable container, the following sporting equipment will be accepted for transport:

Bowling bags, including ball and shoes
Golf bags (in a hard-sided golf bag carrying case provided by the passenger), including clubs, balls, and shoes
Hockey sticks
Hockey equipment

Fishing tackle boxes and fishing rods, as long as the rod is encased in a suitable cylindrical fishing rod container capable of withstanding normal checked baggage handling without sustaining damage to the rod

Where can I find items left on a plane or in the terminal?show details: Items found in the terminal or on the aircraft are turned into the local baggage service department. All lost articles are logged and held at the local baggage office until the passenger claims them, or makes arrangements to have them shipped at the owner's expense. All items found in the Lost & Found inventory are held for thirty (30) days. After that time, unclaimed items are forwarded to System Baggage Service for salvage. All high value items are locked in a secure area whenever possible to reduce the possibility of theft. Flight Disruptions

A weather advisory was issued for my flight. Can I reschedule my flight?show details: If a weather advisory is issued for your flight, you may elect to rebook yourself for another Allegiant flight on a later date, within seven days of original departure date at no additional cost. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

How is it possible that my flight was canceled or diverted due to weather when the weather looks fine?show details: Even though the local weather may indeed appear to be fine, it could be the case that weather conditions at the destination airport, along the route, or at higher altitudes may not be suitable for flying.

How is it possible that my flight was delayed due to weather when other planes are taking off?show details: Typically, delays occur due to aircraft type and weather conditions along the flight path or at the destination, which means that every airline’s schedule might be impacted differently.

If my flight is canceled or rescheduled, will Allegiant purchase a ticket on another airline for me?show details

Allegiant does not make reservations on other airlines.

If there has been a flight cancellation or if your flight is rescheduled to another day, your available options are:

to take the rescheduled flight,
to reserve an Allegiant flight on different dates for no difference in fare and no change fee,
or to cancel the remainder of your ticket for a refund of all unflown segments.

The short answer is “it depends”. Allegiant will always take into consideration storm and weather advisories from local, state and national weather services. Weather conditions and forecasts can change suddenly however, so decisions on rescheduling or canceling flights and waiving change fees are usually made closer to departure time. For the most updated information and options, please check Travel Alerts on our website. You can also sign up for text message Flight Status Alerts.

If your flight is rescheduled to another day, your itinerary will be automatically updated for you.

Please understand that the last thing we want to do is to reschedule a flight.

We understand that it can be inconvenient for our passengers, but sometimes it’s necessary as our number one priority is to get you safely to your destination.

The following three options are available to passengers on flights rescheduled to another day:

Your itinerary will be automatically updated to the newly-scheduled flight date and time.

If you plan to take the rescheduled flight, all you’ll need to do is check in again to receive your new boarding pass.

If you choose not to take the rescheduled flight, you’ll have the following two online self-service options*:

Log in to Manage Travel to change to different flight dates, to/from the same city pairs, for no difference in fare and no change fee
Log in to Manage Travel to cancel your remaining flight segments for a refund of the unflown segment(s) of travel

What are my options if my flight is diverted to another airport due to a weather advisory?show details: If we are unable to land at your destination airport due to a weather advisory, the flight may proceed to an alternate airport. While the flight is at the alternate airport, the destination weather will be re-evaluated and the decision to continue, return to the origination airport or not proceed with the flight, will be made by Allegiant.
If you decide to deplane at the alternate city, Allegiant will not be liable for any cost for alternate transportation, meals, hotel or any other overnight expenses incurred.
Depending on the alternate city’s available ground equipment, it may not always be possible to offload checked bags. If you chose to deplane and we cannot off load your checked bags, your bags will be sent to your destination on a later Allegiant flight. All bags will be kept at your destination city for pick up at your convenience.
If your trip is protected by Allianz Travel Insurance:

What are my options if my flight is returned to its origination city due to a weather advisory?show details: If the flight returns to the origination city due to a weather advisory and is consequently canceled, it will be rescheduled for the next day, weather permitting, and you will be moved to the rescheduled flight.

What is a weather advisory?show details: Allegiant may issue a weather advisory when weather conditions may prevent your flight from landing at your planned destination because airport conditions or visibility fall below standard FAA and Allegiant safety requirements. This means we may not be able to operate your flight or may have to fly to an alternate airport.

Passengers under the age of 18 will not be permitted to travel on weather advised flights if they are not traveling with an adult 18 years of age or older.

What time should I arrive at the airport if my flight is delayed?show details: Passengers on a delayed flight are advised to arrive at the airport at least (2) two hours before the original scheduled departure time.
If weather conditions improve ahead of schedule, or alternate aircraft become available, it may be possible to shorten the delay time of a flight. When this happens, the plane could depart earlier than the posted delay time, and cannot wait for passengers who are not at the departure gate.
So that we can advise you of departure/arrival time changes, be sure to include your traveler contact information (mobile phone, email) at the time of booking.
Otherwise, visit Flight Status to check the latest departure and arrival times and to sign up for Flight Status Alerts on your mobile phone if your flight is changed.

In Flight Refreshments & Services

Can I bring my own alcohol onboard?show details: No, you may not bring your own alcohol on board. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires any alcohol consumed onboard be purchased through and served by an Allegiant In-flight crew member.

Can I use my laptop, cell phone, or other electronic device onboard?show details: Laptops, portable movie players, portable music players, and other approved devices can be used onboard the aircraft. The in-flight crew members will notify all passengers when it is safe to use these devices. Portable radios, cell phones, and other such devices cannot be used during flight at any time. Even in 'airplane' mode, they may interfere with the navigation devices on the aircraft. If there are any questions about a certain device, please ask an in-flight crew member.
Sorry, wifi is not available on Allegiant flights.

Do you serve food and drinks on your flights?show details: Yes! For your convenience, Allegiant offers a variety of sodas, juices, alcoholic beverages, snacks and merchandise onboard every flight for purchase with a credit card. Enjoy a refreshing drink, a delicious snack, or pick up a last minute souvenir from your trip, all from the comfort of your seat.

Does Allegiant allow smoking on their flights?show details: All Allegiant flights are non-smoking. Smoking and the use of all tobacco products is strictly prohibited. This includes chewing tobacco, electronic e-cigarettes or an equivalent type product. Additionally, federal regulations prohibit the carriage of electronic smoking devices in checked baggage. Passengers may transport such devices on their person or in carry-on baggage; however, such devices may not be charged onboard the aircraft, nor may they be used. The rules also require that any spare lithium batteries be individually protected so as to prevent short circuits by placement in original retail packaging or by otherwise insulating the battery terminals, such as by taping over exposed terminals or placing each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective pouch.

Does Allegiant have any kind of in-flight entertainment?show details: No. Allegiant does not offer any type of in-flight entertainment at this time.

Is wifi available in flight?show details: Sorry, wifi is not available on Allegiant flights.

What forms of payment does Allegiant allow for in-flight purchases?show details: Allegiant gladly accepts most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Union Pay and the Allegiant credit card). Allegiant does not accept cash, check or money orders in-flight or at any airport location.

Manage My Travel

Am I able to cancel my trip?show details: To cancel an entire itinerary, visit Manage Travel to access your online Trip Summary, then select the “Cancel My Entire Trip” link from the menu options and follow the easy prompts.
Most itineraries can be canceled online. You will receive a full refund to the original form of payment for cancellations made within 24 hours of your initial purchase (as long as your trip is at least a week away). All credit refunds will be done in the original currency of purchase (USD).
Otherwise, you will receive an Allegiant credit voucher for future travel if there is a credit due after the deduction of any applicable fees. (Cancel fees do not apply to itineraries covered by Trip Flex™ travel protection.)
Confirmation of your trip cancellation will be sent to the email address used for the initial reservation and will include, where applicable, your Allegiant credit voucher. A copy of your credit voucher will also be accessible by clicking “my log in” to access your myAllegiant™ Account. Allegiant credit vouchers can be applied immediately online towards your next travel reservation. Travel must be completed within two years of the date of initial reservation for credit vouchers issued between January 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021. Travel must be completed within one year of the date of the initial reservation for credit vouchers issued on or after July 1, 2021.

Can I add a hotel, rental car, or other product to my itinerary?show details: Yes! We offer great package deals on hotels and car rentals. Allegiant offers specially-negotiated rates that are only available to passengers as part of an airline ticket package. These exclusive deals are available in most cities we serve.
To add a hotel room or rental car to your existing air booking, please log into Manage Travel. Additionally, you can make a hotel only reservation by clicking the Hotel menu.

Can I add a person to my itinerary?show details: If another passenger will be traveling with you, please book a new reservation online.
If the new passenger will be under the age of 15 at the time of travel, please contact the Allegiant Reservations Center. Have your itinerary number available when calling.

Can I add another flight or another stop on my trip itinerary?show details: No, customers will have to book a separate itinerary if they want to add a flight. Please keep in mind, Allegiant’s flights are non-stop and there are no connecting flights.

Can I add or remove seats and bags from my itinerary?show details: To change seats or add bags to your reservation, visit Manage Travel or the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android.
You can also change seats and add bags during advance check in (online check in on the Allegiant Web site or in the Allegiant App).

Can I cancel my hotel or car rental without cancelling my whole itinerary?show details: If you originally purchased a package (air plus hotel or air plus car), you will have to cancel the itinerary and rebook it at the current fares for the flight only.
If you only booked a hotel, you can cancel your room according to our cancellation policy stated in our Terms and Conditions under the "Hotels" subsection.

Can I cancel only one flight on my round trip itinerary?show details

Yes, you can cancel one flight on your round trip itinerary by visiting www.allegiant.com:

Select Manage Travel from the menu
Locate your reservation using your name and confirmation number
On the Trip Summary page, scroll down to the Itinerary Details section
To cancel your outbound flight, locate the button on the right that reads “Cancel only this Flight”
To cancel your return flight, locate the button on the right that reads “Cancel only this Flight”

Can I cancel only one person on my itinerary?show details

Yes, you can cancel one person in your group itinerary by visiting www.allegiant.com:

Select Manage Travel from the menu
Locate your reservation using your name and confirmation number
On the Trip Summary page, scroll down to the list of travelers
To cancel one person, click on the “Remove Traveler” link underneath the traveler name
You can repeat the removal for different passengers except for the last one

To cancel your whole itinerary, use the “Cancel My Entire Trip” link on the Customize Your Trip box at the top of the page.

Can I change the name on my reservation?show details: The answer depends on the type of name change requested.
Our Terms and Conditions do not allow the transfer of airline tickets to another person.
If you will be unable to use your airline ticket, simply cancel your reservation online using Manage Travel.
If the passenger has recently changed a last name, or if there is a misspelling on the reservation, please contact us to make a correction to the name only. Remember, all passenger names should be entered exactly as they appear on the traveler's government-issued photo id.

Can I get a refund if there has been a death in the family?show details: You can receive a full refund of your ticket purchase if you notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. After 24 hours, tickets purchased are non-refundable.
There are no change fees to change your dates of travel if you purchased Trip Flex travel protection, as long as these changes are made at least one hour prior to travel. Otherwise, a standard change fee applies to any ticket changes.

Can I pay monthly?show details: Allegiant has partnered with Uplift ® to offer flexible travel financing. Qualifying online bookings will be offered the opportunity of paying overtime (3 or 12 months). You can finance your total purchase including air transportation, car rental, hotel reservation, seats and bags. This financing is a loan offered by Uplift ® directly to the Customer. The monthly payment, finance charge and APR are determined by Uplift ® at the time of booking. Approval of your credit line is done real-time at the time of booking. Allegiant Air does not store any information you provide to Uplift ®. Changes and modifications done post-booking are not included in the original financing.

Can I upgrade my car rental?show details: Yes, customers may upgrade the car rental on an existing itinerary by contacting Customer Care for assistance. Customers can add a new car rental through Manage Travel.

Can I upgrade my hotel?show details: Customers will have to cancel the itinerary and rebook it at the current airfare and hotel rate.

Do I have to personally check in to my hotel or can someone else do it for me?show details: Only the passenger on the Allegiant hotel reservation may check in to a hotel room. If the passenger on the reservation is unable to travel or wants to designate another person to check in instead, you may contact customer care at 702-505-8888 to change the check-in guest. However, that person must be listed on the same Allegiant package reservation as the original hotel guest.

Does Allegiant offer any kind of medical exceptions?show details

In an effort to keep our fares low for all passengers and to stay competitive, Allegiant does not allow exceptions to any policy.

There are a couple of options that are available:

Cancel your itinerary
Change the date(s) of travel

You can receive a full refund of your ticket purchase if you cancel online or notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. After 24 hours, tickets purchased are non-refundable.

There are no change fees to change your dates of travel if you purchased Trip Flex travel protection, as long as these changes are made at least one hour prior to travel. Otherwise, a standard change fee applies to any ticket changes.

If your trip is protected by Allianz Travel Insurance:

If your protection plan includes the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver, you can get reimbursed for non-refundable expenses due to a pre-existing medical condition if you meet all of the following requirements:

Your plan was purchased within 14 days of the date of the first trip payment or deposit;
You were a U.S. resident when the plan was purchased;
You were medically able to travel when the plan was purchased; and
On the plan purchase date, you insured the full non-refundable cost of your trip with us. This includes trip arrangements that will become non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties between the plan purchase date and the departure date.

If you incur additional non-refundable trip expenses after purchasing your plan, you must insure those costs with Allianz Global Assistance within 14 days of your purchase. If you fail to insure those additional expenses, they will still be subject to the pre-existing medical condition exclusion. Coverage limits may vary based upon your chosen plan. Please review your plan for terms, conditions, and exclusions, including for pre-existing conditions.

Please note that if your protection plan doesn’t cover existing medical conditions, or if you don't meet the requirements for that coverage, keep in mind that any loss due to an existing medical condition will be excluded.

How do I find my voucher number?show details: For your convenience, we send a copy of most vouchers to the email address on file with your reservation. Please check your email inbox. A copy of your Credit Voucher will also be accessible by clicking “my log in” to access your myAllegiant™ Account . If you are unable to locate your voucher number, please email Customer Care at [email protected] for assistance.

How do I reserve a seat or add a bag to my itinerary?show details: Log into Manage Travel or downloading the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android. From there, you can add a seat, add a bag or upgrade to Priority Access.

I am not used to booking online. Is my credit card and personal information safe to give out over the internet?show details: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption on your personal information. This keeps the data that you send to Allegiant private and secure. This technology ensures the safety of transmitting personal information over the internet.

Allegiant is concerned about your right to privacy. When you visit the Allegiant website, you can be assured that any information you share with us will be treated confidentially. The only instances that would require us to disclose Customer information (i.e. - name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) is under legal subpoena, to verify billing information with the Customer's financial institution, credit card fraud detection or other valid law enforcement requests. Allegiant will only share customer information with selected vendors, this must be approved by the passenger in the booking process.

The VeriSign Secure Site Seal assures our online customers that the Allegiant website has been authenticated by VeriSign and that confidential transactions with Allegiant website are secured by SSL encryption.

I am unable to check in online and have been instructed to check in at the airport.show details: For your convenience, advanced check-in is available online and via the Allegiant mobile starting 24 hours before scheduled flight departure.
During check in, you will be able to confirm your seat assignment(s) and baggage selections.
Check in (whether online, mobile, or at the airport) closes 45 minutes prior to departure. Checked baggage must be dropped off at the airline ticket counter at least 1 hour, and no more than 2 hours, before departure.
Please plan to be completely checked in, through airport security, and in the departure boarding gate area one hour before departure time.
Remember, wait times at airport security may vary. All passengers should plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled flight departure.

I have canceled a reservation and have credit towards a future flight. How do I use this credit in booking my next flight?show details: Credit vouchers (CR) and Dollar Off (DO) vouchers can be applied online as a form of payment at check out. If I use only part of my credit voucher, will the remaining amount still be valid?show details: Yes, customers will be able to use the remaining credit voucher amount if travel is completed within two years of the original itinerary booking date for credit vouchers issued between January 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021. For credit vouchers issued on or after July 1, 2021, customers will be able to use the remaining amount if travel is completed within one year of the original itinerary booking date.

Is anyone able to use my voucher?show details: Credit vouchers cannot be transferred or sold and must be used by the person to whom the voucher was issued. Your ticket will be invalid and no credit will be provided if you pay with a voucher that was not issued to you, or was purchased by you from a third party.

What if the system tells me an account already exists for my email address?show details: Try to log in using the email address and your password. To reset your password please visit the Sign In link at the top of the page, then select "Forgot Password?".

What is your refund policy with regards to travel, hotel, and auto rental bookings? How much will it cost to cancel my reservation?show details: Qualifying air itineraries and packages can be canceled for a refund without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. Otherwise, all purchases of travel, hotel packages, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, related booking fees, carrier charges, and taxes are non-refundable.
If you do choose to cancel or change your air reservation, you may be entitled to a credit in the form of a travel voucher for your purchase. The specific amount of credit issued will depend on your itinerary, how far in advance of travel you cancel/change your reservation, and whether you have purchased Trip Flex travel protection with your tickets.
No credit will be issued if you miss your flight and don’t show up at the airport (‘no-show’), or for cancellations or date changes made to reservations without Trip Flex within 7 days of departure.

Where is my confirmation number? I can’t find my reservation. I need a copy of my itinerary.show details: A receipt with confirmation of your itinerary was sent to the email address provided when you booked your travel.
To find your confirmation number online, visit the Manage Travel section of the Allegiant Web site, and select the “Credit/Debit” tab option. Enter your name, date of departure, and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment for immediate access to your trip details.
Trying to check in? You can access your reservation using the last 4 digits of your payment card by visiting Online Check In starting 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Don’t see your upcoming trip in your Allegiant account? To protect your privacy, unless you were logged in at the time you make a new reservation, we won’t automatically add a trip to your account. You can add an existing reservation to your account by signing in and following the easy prompts.

Will I have to pay extra to change or cancel my reservation?show details: Qualifying air itineraries and packages can be canceled for a refund without penalty within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. Otherwise, all purchases of travel, hotel packages, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, related booking fees, carrier charges, and taxes are non-refundable.
If you do choose to cancel or change your air reservation more than 24 hours after having booked it, you will be required to pay a change fee per person, per flight segment. Any remaining balance will be issued in the form of a credit voucher. The specific amount of credit issued depends on your itinerary, how far in advance of travel you cancel/change your reservation, any differences in fare, and whether you have purchased Trip Flex™ travel protection with your tickets.

Can I travel with liquid or compressed oxygen?show details: NO, Liquid and compressed oxygen are prohibited onboard all Allegiant flights, in the cabin and as cargo. This includes oxygen cylinders, canisters, and tanks.
Any customer requiring a constant supply of compressed or liquid medical oxygen cannot travel on Allegiant. If there is a question as to a passenger’s ability to travel the duration of a flight, please contact us for additional information.
Please note, ventilators, respirators, continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines and Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) are acceptable as checked or carry-on baggage. The device may be transported in the cabin if the device can safely be stowed under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment, otherwise, we are happy to gate check your device.

Does Allegiant make accommodations for passengers with peanut or other allergies?show details: Allegiant recognizes some passengers suffer from mild to severe allergies, such as to peanuts, tree nuts, or animal dander. We strongly recommend consulting your physician prior to travel and carry necessary medication, such as an Epi Pen®.
Inflight food offerings may contain trace amounts of nut ingredients or may have been processed in facilities that also process nuts. In addition, we are unable to prevent other passengers from bringing nuts and/or products containing nuts onboard our flights. There may also be dogs or cats onboard your flight. Please alert our flight crew if a seat change is necessary to minimize exposure. If possible, our flight crew will assist. Unfortunately, Allegiant is unable to guarantee an allergen-free flight.

How do I check in at the airport if I am traveling with an FAA approved respiratory device (POC) or medical device?show details

Notify an agent at the ticket counter or at the gate that you are traveling with an FAA approved POC or other medical device at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Prior to boarding, an Allegiant agent will verify the POC or other medical device to ensure safe stowage onboard the aircraft. Medical devices travel free of charge, if they are self-contained and not comingled with personal items.
Although pre-boarding is not required, we strongly recommend passengers pre-board to allow extra time to safely stow your device.

How do I obtain a specific seat assignment to accommodate my disability?show details: Allegiant will provide a free seat assignment to a passenger with a qualified disability. To obtain a specific seat assignment, the request must be received at least 24-hours prior to scheduled departure. Allegiant utilizes the “Blocking” method to ensure disability seating accommodations are met. Email your request to our Customer Accessibility Team, by selecting “Disabilities & Wheelchair Assistance.”

How do I submit a special service request (SSR) for one or more passengers with disabilities?show details: If you are making a new reservation online, once you type in the passenger’s name, click the adjacent “Request Special Assistance” link to indicate the passenger’s special service request (SSR). If you are making a reservation by telephone or in person, please advise the Allegiant customer service representative of the SSR.
You can also complete the Customer Request For Assistance Form or contact the Allegiant Reservations Center at 1-702-505-8888 to request additional accommodations, such as wheelchair assistance, seating accommodation, stowage of an assistive device or escort assistance for a visually impaired passenger. The Reservations Center operates 24 hours a day.

I use a walker/cane. Will I have to pay to bring it with me?show details: No. There is not a fee to travel with required medical or assistive devices such as walkers, canes, and strollers.

I'm pregnant; will I have to purchase two seats?show details: A woman who is pregnant will not necessarily need to occupy two seats if she can lower the armrest.

Is there a fee to carry aboard a Portable Oxygen Concentrator or medical assistive device?show details

In accordance with DOT guidelines, there is no fee to transport medical equipment for passenger use.

"The limit of one carry-on bag and one personal bag (e.g., purse or briefcase) for each traveler does not apply to medical supplies and/or assistive devices (including service animals and their equipment). What are the rules for traveling with a respiratory device?show details

Only certain devices are approved for use by a passenger onboard an Allegiant aircraft. Please refer to Which type of respiratory assistance devices are approved for use onboard any Allegiant flight?
The portable oxygen concentrator must not interfere with the electrical, navigation or communication equipment on the aircraft on which the device is to be used. The POC may only be used in its battery-operated mode. Allegiant does not have electrical outlets onboard for commercial product use:
During movement of the aircraft on the surface, takeoff, and landing, the portable oxygen concentrator must:
- Be stowed under the seat in front of the user so that it does not block the aisle or the entry into the row (window seat only);
- If it is to be operated by the user, be used only at a seat location that does not restrict any passenger's access to, or use of, any required emergency or regular exit, or the aisle(s) in the passenger compartment;
- Persons using a portable oxygen concentrator are not permitted to sit in an exit row or bulkhead; and
- When the "Fasten Seat Belt" sign is turned off, passengers operating their portable oxygen concentrator may continue to operate it while moving about the cabin.
The user of the portable oxygen concentrator must comply with the following conditions to use the device onboard the aircraft:
- The user must be capable of hearing the unit's alarms, seeing the alarm light indicators, and have the ability to take the appropriate action in response to the various caution and warning alarms and alarm light indicators, or be traveling with someone who is capable of performing those functions;
- The user must ensure the portable oxygen concentrator is free of oil, grease or other petroleum products, is in good condition, and free from damage or other signs of excessive wear or abuse;
- The user must inform Allegiant that he or she intends to use a portable oxygen concentrator onboard the aircraft.
  
  Only lotions or salves that are oxygen-approved may be used by persons using the portable oxygen concentrator device.
  The user must carry on the flight a sufficient number of batteries to power the device for the duration of the oxygen use, including a conservative estimate of any unanticipated delays;
  The user must ensure that all batteries carried onboard the aircraft in carry-on baggage are protected from short circuit and are packaged in a manner that protects them from physical damage; and
  When a battery-powered portable oxygen concentrator is carried onboard the aircraft as carry-on baggage and is not intended to be used during the flight, the battery must be removed and packaged separately unless the Concentrator contains at least two effective features to prevent accidental operation during transport.

What if the passenger is not able to sit upright unassisted?show details

For the safety of the passenger and the safety of others, all passengers must be able to sit upright during taxi, takeoff and landing. Passengers who are unable to sit upright must bring a device, such as a brace or an FAA approved Orthotic Positioning Device (OPD), to enable the passenger to sit upright. The device cannot be attached to the seat back and must allow the passenger to use the aircraft seat belt as the method by which the passenger is secured in their seat. The device must fit between the armrests in the down position, may not infringe on the seats of adjacent passengers and cannot be used in the exit row. Allegiant does not provide OPD's.

Will I need to purchase an extra seat if I am a passenger of size?show details: Allegiant’s mission and responsibility per our Contract of Carriage is to provide safe and comfortable air transportation for every customer.
The airline seats measure 17.8" from inside of armrest to inside of armrest. Passengers who are unable to lower the armrest and/or compromise any portion of adjacent seat(s) should purchase an additional ticket during the initial reservation. Two seats will be pre-assigned (at no additional charge) in order to ensure the passenger of size has two seats side-by-side. If on the date of travel, a passenger of size requests a second ticket, the agent will be unable to sell a second ticket unless two seats are available side-by-side. In the event the flight is sold out and an extra seat is unavailable, the passenger of size shall be denied travel in the interest of safety.

Can I book a reservation for another person?show details: Yes. When you are booking a ticket for another person on the Web site, fill out his/her information in the travelers details section. Then, when you are prompted to check out, on the payment page of the Web site, simply enter your debit or credit card number, name, billing address, and phone number.

Can I cancel a hotel only booking?show details: Yes. You can do this on your own by going to allegiantair.com->Hotels->View or Modify tour reservation. Please see our cancellation policy for hotel only bookings within our Terms and Conditions.

Can I cancel my bundle?show details: We’re sorry, but bundles are non-refundable. Also, changes in travel dates or your destination may result in an additional charge for one or more items in the bundle.

Can I upgrade my seat if I get a bundle?show details: Yes, you’ll see which seats apply to your bundle in the seat map, but you’ll also have the option to upgrade your seat. You will just need to pay for the difference during checkout.

Can I use a different payment method even though I have saved my preferred credit card in my profile?show details: Yes. During any purchase in our site you can use either the stored payment card or any other card you may have.

Can I use a different traveler name even if I pick one from the list?show details: Yes. During the booking process you need to review the traveler information. If any data needs correction, the fields can be edited in the form. These changes will not be automatically saved to your profile. Complete the booking and come back later to correct the names stored in your profile.

Can Trip Flex be added to existing reservations?show details: No. Trip Flex must be purchased at the time of booking.

All Allegiant flights feature comfortable, assigned leather seats. For a nominal fee, you can select your seat at the time of reservation, guaranteeing your comfort and location onboard your flight. If you're traveling with a companion, ensure you sit together. If you qualify, you can even book an exit row with increased leg room. For passengers who choose not to pre-purchase a seat assignment at the time of booking:

When you check in for your flight, (whether online or at the airport), you will be assigned a seat by our system at no cost.
If you check in online, you will be able to view your assigned seats and upgrade if desired.
You can change or purchase seats on an existing reservation by visiting Manage Travel or downloading the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android.

I don’t see a name in the list of saved travelers. Why?show details: If, during a booking, you are expecting to see a Saved Traveler and don’t, try to scroll down in the list. If you still don’t see a name, please complete your booking by filling out the form manually. Come back later to your Profile and add the name to your Saved Travelers list.

I don’t want to see a specific traveler in my profile anymore. What do I do?show details: After signing into Allegiantair.com or the Allegiant Mobile App, click on “Profile” and proceed to the Saved Travelers section. Click the Edit link next to the name you want to delete. Find the Remove Traveler link at the bottom of the form.

I found an error and corrected a name in the list of Saved Travelers in Allways Rewards® account. Will this correct the booking I completed beforehand?show details: No. If you created a booking with incorrect information, fixing the error in your profile will not retroactively correct the data in the previous booking. You need to call our Customer Care team and inform them of the error.

I have canceled a reservation and have credit towards a future flight. How do I use this credit in booking my next flight?show details: Credit vouchers (CR) and Dollar Off (DO) vouchers can be applied online as a form of payment at check out. The saved credit card in my Allegiant Profile is no longer current. What do I do?show details: At any point you can add, modify or delete saved credit cards in your Profile. If the name on the card has changed or the expiration date has passed, log in to your account, scroll down to the Payment Cards section and click the link to edit the card information.

What are bundles?show details: Bundles are packages of popular services frequently purchased together by other passengers like yourself. By choosing a bundle, you’ll not only benefit from a simpler booking process, but you’ll also save money with the bundled discount. Of course, you still have the option to select services a la carte by choosing the basic package and adding services individually.

What are the differences between a hotel package and hotel only bookings?show details: In a package you select first the flights that will take you to your destination and then add a hotel to that reservation. Having the flights and hotel in the same booking allows Allegiant to provide you great savings and also help you in case of flight delays. You can now book hotel only. This booking does not require you to have a flight with Allegiant.

What is Trip Flex?show details

TripFlex^TM lets you make a one-time change to the date, flight or destination of your reservation, within certain guidelines, with no change fees or cancel fees! TripFlex^TM may only be purchased at the time of booking. Sorry, TripFlex^TM cannot be added to pre-existing reservations. Customers are responsible for any change in price for air, hotel, auto, etc. TripFlex^TM customers who cancel travel will receive a non-refundable credit voucher good for travel on Allegiant to be completed within one year of the date the original itinerary was booked.

You will be responsible for any change in price of airfare, hotel room, rental car or similar travel products but your airline reservation change fees will be waived.

While a one-time change or cancellation is permitted, your itinerary is non-refundable.

The list of Saved Travelers is created in your Allegiant profile and has the sole purpose of making your life easier while booking. We will not email or sell your Saved Travelers list in any situation.

Seating, Checking-In & Boarding

Are there reasons to purchase additional seating?show details: Yes. Our mission and responsibility per our Contract of Carriage is to provide safe and comfortable air transportation for each and every customer. Passengers wishing to secure a musical item, a child restraint device for an infant, etc., must purchase an additional ticket. Please visit our Customer of Size FAQ section for information regarding seating requirements.

Are there seating restrictions for travelling with a portable oxygen concentrator?show details: That depends.
YES, If you are traveling with a POC or medical device that you intend to use during flight, plan to be seated in a window seat. You may sit in the middle or aisle seat, only if the other seats in your row are unoccupied.
NO, if you are traveling with a medical device that you do not intend to use on board, you can stow your device and there are no seating restrictions, although all passengers seated in an exit row must meet exit row seating criteria.

Can I cancel my bundle?show details: We’re sorry, but bundles are non-refundable. Also, changes in travel dates or your destination may result in an additional charge for one or more items in the bundle.

Can I change what’s included in a bundle?show details: You can add additional baggage or upgrade your seat, but you won’t have the option to add, decline or change items in a bundle.

Can I sit in an exit row?show details

Federal Regulations require that all passengers seated in an exit row meet the following requirements:

Is an adult, at least 15 years of age or older.
Is able to clearly read, speak and give instructions in English.
Is willing and able to assist the crew in the case of an emergency.
Is physically able to open an exit door, to lift and stow a 50 lb. window exit, and to quickly activate the evacuation slide and help others off of it.
Is not directly responsible for any other passenger on board.
Is not traveling with a cane, wheelchair, crutches, or assistive device.
Does not require a seat belt extension due to the hazard of entanglement.
Is able to see well enough to perform the listed duties without the assistance of visual aids. (Eyeglasses and contacts are okay.)
Is free from injury or any condition that might cause harm if called upon to perform one or more of the listed duties.
Is not traveling with a pet or service animal.

Can I upgrade my seat if I get a bundle?show details: Yes, you’ll see which seats apply to your bundle in the seat map, but you’ll also have the option to upgrade your seat. You will just need to pay for the difference during checkout.

Do I need a REAL ID to fly on Allegiant?show details: Beginning May 7, 2025, the Department of Homeland Security will require travelers to have a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the U.S. REAL ID-compliant cards are marked with a star at the top of the card. Verify your Seat Assignments and Bag Reservations in advance:
If you did not purchase reserved seats, seats will be automatically assigned by our system during check in starting 24 hour before departure and ending forty-five minutes before departure.
During advanced check in (mobile and online), you will be prompted to verify your bag reservations and seat assignments. You can easily make changes as long as alternate seats are available and as long as you haven’t already printed or downloaded your boarding pass(es).
Visit Manage Travel to reserve assigned seats and pre pay for your bag reservations before the online check-in window opens at 24 hour prior to departure.
At the airport:
Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. Plan to be completely checked in, through airport security and at the departure boarding gate at least one hour before your flight.
All passengers over the age of 18 must present an acceptable form of identification such as a driver’s license or passport. Click here for the TSA’s latest list of acceptable forms of ID.
Minors traveling alone may be requested to present their birth certificate or other identification with birthdate as proof of age.
If you have your boarding pass, have paid for your carry-on bag reservation, and are not traveling with checked luggage, proceed through TSA airport security to your boarding gate.
For passengers checking luggage, checked bags must be brought to the airport ticket counter or bag drop at least one hour (and no greater than two hours) before flight departure.
If you need an agent to print your boarding pass, locate the Allegiant airline ticket counter and present your confirmation number and a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport (click here for the TSA’s latest list of acceptable forms of ID). A small fee will apply.

Does Allegiant have outdoor boarding?show details: Yes, we do have outdoor boarding at select airports, so passengers use an outdoor ramp or stairs rather than an enclosed jet bridge that is attached to the airport. Be sure to check your 24-hour check-in reminder email to see if you will be boarding outside and dress for forecasted weather.

Does Allegiant offer first-class seating?show details: Allegiant is a leisure airline equipped with an all-coach configuration. For your comfort, on select flights, Allegiant Extra and Legroom+ seating options are available for purchase.

How do I check in at the airport if I am traveling with an FAA approved respiratory device (POC) or medical device?show details

Notify an agent at the ticket counter or at the gate that you are traveling with an FAA approved POC or other medical device at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Prior to boarding, an Allegiant agent will verify the POC or other medical device to ensure safe stowage onboard the aircraft. Medical devices travel free of charge, if they are self-contained and not comingled with personal items.
Although pre-boarding is not required, we strongly recommend passengers pre-board to allow extra time to safely stow your device.

How do I reserve a seat or add a bag to my itinerary?show details: Log into Manage Travel or downloading the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android. From there, you can add a seat, add a bag or upgrade to Priority Access.

I am unable to check in online and have been instructed to check in at the airport.show details: For your convenience, advanced check-in is available online and via the Allegiant mobile starting 24 hours before scheduled flight departure.
During check in, you will be able to confirm your seat assignment(s) and baggage selections.
Check in (whether online, mobile, or at the airport) closes 45 minutes prior to departure. Checked baggage must be dropped off at the airline ticket counter at least 1 hour, and no more than 2 hours, before departure.
Please plan to be completely checked in, through airport security, and in the departure boarding gate area one hour before departure time.
Remember, wait times at airport security may vary. All passengers should plan to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled flight departure.

My ticket confirmation says that my seat is "not assigned". What does this mean?show details: Passengers who have not purchased a seat assignment -- "Not assigned" -- will be assigned a seat by our system at no cost upon check-in. The availability of seats together cannot be guaranteed and seat assignments cannot be changed at airport check-in. If you would like to change or purchase reserved seats, simply log in to Manage Travel or the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android to select seats before you check-in online or get to the airport. Once your boarding pass has been printed, you cannot make changes.

What do I do if I have to board the plane outside?show details: The outdoor boarding process with a ramp or stairs is similar to boarding with a jet bridge. However, boarding the aircraft by ramp may require walking up the ramp at an incline (or down the ramp at a decline), which can be steep for some passengers. Notify an Allegiant team member if you need assistance. Please be sure to check the weather before leaving for the airport and dress accordingly since you will be outdoors for a brief period. Small umbrellas are allowed in your personal item or carry-on bag.

What kind of identification do I need to bring with me to the airport?show details: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires photo identification for all passengers over the age of 18, as well as for all passengers under the age of 18 who are traveling alone.
This photo identification must be issued by a state or national government (such as a driver's license or passport).
Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied boarding.

What time should I arrive at the airport for my flight?show details: Allegiant recommends arriving at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled flight departure.

Please plan accordingly so that you are checked in for your flight, through airport security, and at the boarding gate at least one hour before scheduled flight departure.

How to reserve seats: You can reserve a seat for a nominal fee when you make your reservation or by visiting Manage Travel or downloading the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android at any time up until you print or download your boarding passes for your flight. Due to FAA safety regulations exit row seating is not available to families with children under 15 years of age and/or passengers with special service requests. (see exit row seating requirements)
If you choose not to reserve a seat: At check in, whether online, via the Allegiant App for iPhone and Android, or at the airport, our system will assign you a seat from the remaining available seats on the plane. Online check-in is available starting 24 hour before flight departure. It's easy. When you check-in online, you can view your assigned seats. If you want to change your seat, simply visit Manage Travel and reserve a different seat for your flight.
Please be sure to verify your seat assignments in advance of checking in. Once you have downloaded or printed a boarding pass or checked in at the airport, your seat assignment cannot be changed.

In the unfortunate event of a flight cancellation, you have the following two options*:

Log in to Manage Travel to change to different flight dates, to/from the same city pairs, for no difference in fare
Log in to Manage Travel to cancel your remaining flight segments for a refund of the unflown segment(s)of travel
If you choose not to do anything, Allegiant will automatically cancel your itinerary in 72 hours and issue a refund for the full value paid back to your original form of payment.

My flight has been rescheduled to another day. What do I do?show details

Please understand that the last thing we want to do is to reschedule a flight.

We understand that it can be inconvenient for our passengers, but sometimes it’s necessary as our number one priority is to get you safely to your destination.

The following three options are available to passengers on flights rescheduled to another day:

Your itinerary will be automatically updated to the newly-scheduled flight date and time.

If you plan to take the rescheduled flight, all you’ll need to do is check in again to receive your new boarding pass.

If you choose not to take the rescheduled flight, you’ll have the following two online self-service options*:

Log in to Manage Travel to change to different flight dates, to/from the same city pairs, for no difference in fare and no change fee
Log in to Manage Travel to cancel your remaining flight segments for a refund of the unflown segment(s) of travel
If you choose not to do anything, Allegiant will automatically cancel your itinerary in 72 hours and issue a credit voucher for the full value you paid that can be used for future travel or redeemed for a refund by calling our customer care service center.

Allegiant will not be liable for any meals, alternate transportation or any other overnight expenses incurred.

What are my options if my flight is diverted to another airport due to a weather advisory?show details: If we are unable to land at your destination airport due to a weather advisory, the flight may proceed to an alternate airport. While the flight is at the alternate airport, the destination weather will be re-evaluated and the decision to continue, return to the origination airport or not proceed with the flight, will be made by Allegiant.
If you decide to deplane at the alternate city, Allegiant will not be liable for any cost for alternate transportation, meals, hotel or any other overnight expenses incurred.
Depending on the alternate city’s available ground equipment, it may not always be possible to offload checked bags. If you chose to deplane and we cannot off load your checked bags, your bags will be sent to your destination on a later Allegiant flight. All bags will be kept at your destination city for pick up at your convenience.

What are my options if my flight is returned to its origination city due to a weather advisory?show details: If the flight returns to the origination city due to a weather advisory and is consequently canceled, it will be rescheduled for the next day, weather permitting, and you will be moved to the rescheduled flight.

Where can I find items left on a plane or in the terminal?show details: Items found in the terminal or on the aircraft are turned into the local baggage service department. All lost articles are logged and held at the local baggage office until the passenger claims them, or makes arrangements to have them shipped at the owner's expense. All items found in the Lost & Found inventory are held for thirty (30) days. After that time, unclaimed items are forwarded to System Baggage Service for salvage. All high value items are locked in a secure area whenever possible to reduce the possibility of theft. All passengers with Lost & Found issues are asked to go to the airport where the articles were lost. Passengers may also complete a lost item form by clicking here.

Traveling With Children

Can I book a reservation online for my child traveling alone?show details: Children between the age of fifteen (15) years old and seventeen (17) years old can be booked online with no extra fees. Children fourteen (14) years and younger must be accompanied by an adult fifteen (15) or older. Allegiant does not offer unaccompanied minor services. Can I still bring a carry-on bag if I also have a stroller and a purse?show details: Yes, each passenger may bring one carry-on bag and one personal item in addition to necessary medical and assistive devices (including strollers), one jacket or coat, a small umbrella, food for consumption en route and/or a diaper bag. There is a fee to bring a carry-on bag which must not exceed the maximum carry-on bag size.

Can I take a stroller and car seat to the boarding gate?show details: One (1) infant stroller and one (1) infant or child safety seat will be checked at the ticket counter for each fare–paying passenger at no charge.
Alternately, each fare-paying passenger is allowed to take one stroller and one car seat to the boarding gate. If the stroller or car seat is taken to the gate, it will be "Gate Checked". This means that it will be stowed in the cargo hold of the aircraft and can then be picked up at gate side upon reaching the aircraft's final destination.

If I have a stroller, do I have to pay for that? Can I pick it up at the gate/jetway at my destination?show details: There is not a fee to gate check a stroller. Strollers will be delivered to the gate/jetway upon arrival.

What are the ages and restrictions for a Lap Child?show details: There are two options for reserving flights with children under the age of twenty-four (24) months old:
Option 1: As a ticketed passenger with his or her own seat, seated in an FAA-approved car seat.
Option 2: As a lap child on the lap of an adult passenger on the same reservation who is fifteen (15) years of age or older.
You will be prompted for your preference during the online booking process. Choices are available when you enter the child’s age on the homepage when you are making a reservation.
Proof of age, such as birth certificate, is required upon request.

What are the ages and restrictions for children and minors?show details: Allegiant does not offer unaccompanied minor services.

What are the requirements for photo identification for children?show details: The FAA requires all passengers over two (2) years of age to sit in their own seat. Upon request, Allegiant may require a certified copy of a birth certificate as proof of age for children under twenty-four (24) months of age. TSA requires government-issued identification for all passengers over eighteen (18) years of age. If a passenger appears to be eighteen (18) years of age, it is recommended they bring photo identification. Allegiant requires age verification for all passengers under the age of 18 who are traveling alone. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied boarding. Photo identification must be issued by a state or national government (such as a driver license, state issued identification cards, or passport). Individuals without government-issued identification may be required to undergo additional security screening. Click here for the TSA’s latest list of acceptable forms of ID.

What kind of car seat or child restraint device is acceptable?show details: Convertible-type car seats designed for forward or backward installation in a forward-facing aircraft seat. Many of these carry the FMVSS.213 insignia and/or language indicating that they are "approved for use in motor vehicles and on aircraft." Any child restraint device manufactured between January 1, 1961 and February 25, 1985, must have the following label: "This child restraint device conforms to all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards." Any child restraint device manufactured since February 26, 1985, must have both of the following labels: "This child restraint device conforms to all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards" and "This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft." Child seats are not permitted in exit rows

What kind of harness-type devices are approved by the FAA?show details: At this time, the FAA has approved only the AmSafe Aviation CARES, which is appropriate for children weighing between 22 and 44 pounds. The AmSafe Aviation CARES must have a label indicating "FAA Approved in Accordance with 14CFR 21.305(d), Approved for Aircraft Use Only."

Will my family be seated together?show details: If you want to ensure that your party is seated together, we do recommend reserving seats in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate families, the availability of seats together cannot be guaranteed.
How to reserve seats: You can reserve a seat for a nominal fee when you make your reservation or by visiting Manage Travel or downloading the Allegiant App for iPhone or Android at any time up until you print or download your boarding passes for your flight. Due to FAA safety regulations exit row seating is not available to families with children under 15 years of age and/or passengers with special service requests. (see exit row seating requirements)
If you choose not to reserve a seat: At check in, whether online, via the Allegiant App for iPhone and Android, or at the airport, our system will assign you a seat from the remaining available seats on the plane. Online check-in is available starting 24 hour before flight departure. It's easy. When you check-in online, you can view your assigned seats. If you want to change your seat, simply visit Manage Travel and reserve a different seat for your flight.
Please be sure to verify your seat assignments in advance of checking in. Once you have downloaded or printed a boarding pass or checked in at the airport, your seat assignment cannot be changed.

Traveling With Pets

Can I bring my pet on-board?show details: Yes, Allegiant welcomes domestic dogs and cats to travel with you in the cabin. Please visit our Travel/FAQ’s page specific to pets.

Can I travel with my pet, a personal item and a paid carry-on?show details: TSA regulations limit each passenger to a maximum of 2 items carried on the aircraft. A passenger may travel with a pet and a personal item or a paid carry-on, but not both. The extra item will be checked, transported in the cargo area and checked fees are applicable.

Can my child who is at least 15 years old, traveling alone bring a pet on-board?show details: Yes

Is there a fee to bring a pet in the cabin?show details: Yes, there is a non-refundable $50.00 each way fee to travel with your pet. Please visit our Pet-in-Cabin policy page for further information.

Vouchers

Are vouchers redeemable at allegiant.com?show details: Yes, vouchers can be redeemed on the last page of the booking process. Select the link labeled ‘Do you have an Allegiant Voucher or Promo Code?’ to enter the voucher number and click Apply. The next box will expand to add the email address associated with the voucher.

Can I use multiple vouchers on the same reservation?show details: Yes, you can use multiple vouchers when making a new reservation. Credit can be applied online as a form of payment at check out. Look for a link labeled ’Apply an Allegiant Voucher’ on the payment page. Enter your voucher number and click ‘Apply Voucher.’ Then enter the email address associated with each voucher. You may then add the next voucher.

Can I use my voucher to book a hotel or car rental?show details: Yes, a credit voucher may be used to add a hotel reservation or car rental to any existing or new reservation that includes airfare.

Do I need to be the one traveling with my voucher?show details: No, you are welcome to use your voucher to book travel anywhere that Allegiant flies for any of your friends or family. When applying the voucher online, enter the same email address in the payment portal that is associated with the voucher.

Does this my voucher need to be used on the same route/s that it was issued from?show details: No, your voucher can be used on any route that Allegiant offers. In addition to air travel, you can use your voucher to add a hotel, car rental, bags, seat assignments, or Priority Access to any existing reservation or a new reservation that includes airfare.

If I don’t use all the funds on my voucher, are they lost?show details: No, credit vouchers may be redeemed on multiple reservations until all funds have been used, up to the date of expiration.
All travel must be booked and completed by the expiration date listed on the voucher.
You can also use your voucher through Manage Travel at www.allegiant.com to add a car rental, hotel, seat assignments, Priority Access, and bags to an existing reservation.

What happens if I need to cancel a reservation booked with my credit voucher?show details: If a reservation redeemed with your credit voucher is canceled, the funds will return to the credit voucher with the current expiration date.
