Our Silanes' Code of Ethics aligns with the compliance standards of CETIFARMA and CANIFARMA. In order to ensure compliance, it is necessary to establish clear and rigorous policies and procedures; the responsibility through detection, audit and control mechanisms; and compliance as the ability to generate evidence, channel appropriate practices and correct behaviors.
Ethics Line Complaint System
Claims of non-compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct are received through the Ethics Line managed by an external company to strengthen our principles and values. Our investigations are conducted impartially, confidentially, and without retaliation. If a violation of our Code is found, we will apply corrective measures.
