Best waterpark we’ve ever been to! All the rides are great fun. Would recommend a swimsuit as my bikini top got blasted away coming down the Tower of Power!

We were a three, some of the extreme rides are in twos or fours - just go up anyway and eventually a spare person will come along to even the numbers!

Don’t bother with a fast pass ticket - 28 euro and it’s only for five rides. Just plan your day before you go.

Only criticism is that there isn’t enough signage around the park so we kept going the wrong way.

Although the place was magical it was overpriced and if you never stayed in their hotels was treated like second class citizens. Pushed to one side till they were ready to seat you even when the hotel was half empty (which should have rang alarm bells to what you was paying for).

What an amazing place this is. Too much to do in one day though. I loved the Vikings and Le Ballads Des L’Oiseax. ( the dance of the birds) The enactments are so realistic! There were 300 different birds swooping over our heads! You can hire mobility scooters as it goes up quite a steep hill so if you have mobility issues it may be a bit difficult. Well worth the money.

This was our fourth visit in 9 years. We've always loved coming here, the only disadvantage being the pricy, sub-standard accommodation options around.

The park has something for everyone, with hair-raising roller coasters to serene boat rides for toddlers.

Their shows have gotten better over the years, but lately some shows have developed a pronounced cabaret-like bent with skimpier costumes and suggestive choreography that may not go down well with conservative mindsets.

The option of paying for parking near the entrance is a definite plus.

Staff at all establishments are very friendly.

    Suggestions:
    - Unless you're a whiz with maps or a GenZ with a smartphone, it's difficult to find correct signage to help take you where you want to go. Every signpost having one sign which points towards the exit would be a great help.
    - It's a pain if you like to carry your coffee around, as paper cups are not available and a €2 deposit is taken to give you a plastic one. This is no doubt more eco-friendly, but with the long lines at counters, I don't want to wait 10 minutes just to get my deposit back, so end up lugging a (by now smelly) plastic cup all over the park which is irritating to say the least (non-coffee establishments don't accept the cup). I wish there were a more efficient way this was handled.

Wish I had time to come at night. Initially came for the Food Festival, it wasn’t the same as Food Festivals in the US. A lot smaller scale. Great place for kids, lots games and rides. Food Hall was impressive

Paultons is a wonderful family day out. I spent my childhood here and was so excited to return with my son. We first went when he was 21months old as a family. There is so much for him to do, so many rides to go on and I was really impressed with how toddler friendly it is. We purchased the annual pass for myself so I could return and we have used it many time in the last 6 months. My son is now slightly taller and therefore able to go on some of the slightly bigger rides which he is thoroughly enjoying. We often go out of peak times and there's never any queues. We have been during school holidays and on bank holidays where it is busy but still queue times are not bad at all.
We always bring a picnic as we made the mistake of buying food once which was very over priced for a very small portion and not particularly enjoyable.
The good thing about going with a anall child is they are free under 1m and there's still lots for them to do.
My main issue with paultons is the ticket pricing. It is clearly a child's attraction and you wouldn't go here as an adult alone or even older teenagers. Other theme parks are more reasonably priced and you can always get offers such as 2 for 1 but paultons doesn't offer anything like this. We have an annual pass for my son but as he is free the pass is in my name. This means only I can take him. If my parents or husband want to take him they need a ticket which is extortionate at £58 on the day price. Really an annual pass should be in the child's name so that any adult can take them.
Also the park opening times aren't great for toddlers. Having an annual pass is fine as you can go for a couple of hours and keep going back but the park doesn't open until 10am so if you have a toddler up at 6am who naps for a couple of hours at lunchtime if means you only get 2 hours in the park before naptime! Earlier opening would be better and for the price the fact its only open from late morning is a bit unreasonable.
Overall a brilliant, magical place which is clean and very well set out. 5 star place but 1 star pricing! I think the addition of Peppa pig world hiked the price up and I guess as people pay it they won't change it. Just a shame a family park prices out a lot of families.

Absolutely funtastic day out. Took our 5 year old granddaughter who had a super time. So much for her to do and see. She loved meeting all the Alice in Wonderland characters, which kept her motivated throughout the Woodland walk along with all the activities along the way. It rained but that didn’t deter the fun we had. We ate lunch there which was tasty, hot and fresh. Indoors and outdoors just so much fun.

This park is very nice and clean.
They habe a lot of cool attractions.
We went on a Monday and waited 30mins per attractions wich was okay because it was very busy as well (holidays).
The only bad thing was that the prices for the food and souvenirs are extremely extremely expensive. The prices does not make any sense. I paid 6 euro‘s for a waffle. The food is also everywhere very bad and there are no varieties. Only burgers and fries, not worth the money so take you lunchpakket and waterbottles with you if you don‘t want to get ripped off.
The second bad thing is that all the workers were very very lazy and slow. No one smiles or greets you wich is sad for a park like this. They work very very slow and dont pay attention to what you order and make a lot of mistakes with the orders… sadly

As a family of four and needing to please two children, one wanting a zoo and the other a water park. This was perfect to meet their "wants" of a family day out. The zoo was small enough to spend a few hours in and the shows were just amazing. The dolphin show was the best I have ever seen. It was so good and the photo opportunity at the end was an unexpected surprise!
After the zoo we ate dinner in the ranch restaurant which was great, amazing selection from pizza to burgers, all at a very reasonable price. We all had a meal and a drink each and it cost just under €40.
After dinner we headed to the water park, no scramble for sun beds and the park was great not too big and no ques for slides it was just enough to keep the kids entertained for 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this park to family's for a great day out to please different interests! And I would definitely return.

    Super day out.
Dolphin and pirate show are a must. Very very good.
    Great entertainment for the kids.
Would 100% recommend kids are 3 and 5 and had the best day on the rides and seeing all the animals.
Kids under 1m are free. If your unsure you can pay online and at the gate they will measure and refund you the money if they are under 1m.
Only downfall of the day was We Qued 30m for the dinosaurs rapids and staff member told me my daughter was under 1m, she was exactly 1m so she got her colleague over and he said she was fine to go. I was annoyed and frustrated with this staff member as she was rude and didn't care that we qued 30m for the ride, we paid and she was 1m so this was frustrating. She got the ride and I wouldn't que again for it was only ok, better rides with shorter que times.
Arrive early (15mins) for dolphin shows as they fill up quickly.

The hotel and the park are brilliant really clean, well organised and the staff are really helpful and pleasant.
The only down side is the price of food and drink in both the hotel and the park for the quality.
The food is poor, similar to Wetherspoons yet you are paying premium prices. Our meal on an evening for a family of 4 was close to £150 with 1 drink each. The cost of beer in the hotels is also expensive I was paying &7.50 a pint.
Like I said a great place and an amazing trip but it feels like they can charge want they want once your in.
