When signing up they advertise if you don't loose weight they will refund you. Bogus. I ask provider for 3 months to change medicine but they just kept increasing dose, even though I was gaining weight. Now my wallet is lighter, but im heavier. Requested refund from customer service who states they won't refund your money once you've been sent medication. Just a FYI.

I have been working with found for about 7 mths now and have seen the benifits of working with the doctors and the coaches. I started out with the glp-1 injections and when my insurance would no longer pay for thoes the Found doctors worked with me in a very quick fashion to help me find something else that would continue to help me. the app is helpful and user friendly. My favorit section is the personal assistant that will make a recipe for you based on the food you tell it you want to use. It so much fun.

Found doctors and coaches make the program personal to me. They listen to my struggles and feedback and propose realistic solutions. They offer options and let me choose what I feel will work best within my own budget and lifestyle while still challenging me to do and be better and healthier.

Since joining the Found Group, I feel like someone is really taking time to help me with my weight loss concerns. Being in a group with so many coaches who show empathy & compassion truly is a great feeling. Found has been my miracle. I genuinely had tried every possible way to lose weight naturally and every diet and even genetic dietary nutrition tests. I really wanted to get my pre-Covid body back in time for my wedding, and I tried found on a whim…. And not only did I look great in my dress, but my whole life changed. I finally had energy I have always lacked, started getting 10K steps a day, and was free from CONSTANT cravings I have fought for decades. I lost almost 35 pounds in about 10 months!

Found has been life changing for me (lost 65 pounds over 18 months ). I've struggled with weight loss for pretty much all of my adult life so finding a real resource that actually works has been amazing. The providers are patient in answering questions, the medications ship extremely fast, and the results speak for themselves.

The doctors were extremely helpful and considerate of my needs as a patient. The program helped me lose roughly 40 pounds, however; I hit a plateau and began putting the weight back on. The doctors were able to give me some alternative options however, my body did not take to those options.

Health coaches are great, the app is ready to use, and I've lost a total of 15% of my total starting body weight so far. They truly do stick with you every step of the way and want you to succeed. I would recommend Found to anyone serious about changing their health and life for the better. You still need to put in the work and effort, but having the support and knowledge of an entire community behind you is incredibly motivating and helpful.

They are a great step in the right direction and as long as you are doing work in all the areas; exercise, mental health, and talking with the food coach, you are going to succeed. Since beginning menopause, I experienced rapid weight gain. I went to doctors who responded with, “Oh well. That’s just a part of getting older. Try diet and exercise.” I had already told them that I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor so exercise wasn’t an issue. I also paid attention to my diet. I could not restrict my food any intake further.
When I discovered Found they listened and helped me on my journey to fat loss. I am grateful.

This program is fantastic I recommend 100% Im happy with my results im loss a lot weight but this last weeks my weight is stuck im start to make some different. One new routine of excercise and diet I want moved forward always and I go for more pounds.

Found has been fantastic at supporting me for over a year. I lost over 60 lbs within that first year and have maintained that loss month after month! I never feel pressured to interact with anyone, but know someone is always there if I need them, Dr. or Coach!

Found scammed me out of over $600, I never received any kind of medication or anything from them. They just took my money. Upon contacting them about this requesting a refund for the second $348 charge they pretty much told me "too bad, so sad. Here's 80 dollars." With a shoulder shrug and kept everything else.

I used Found to help with my weight loss journey. The entire team is dedicated to helping reach my goal, from the Drs to the life coaching weighing in and giving food tips , exercise tips, and just being available for the communication when I'm having a challenging moment. I'm at my goal and I have my ups and downs . With Found on my side I can maintain my cravings, and feel good everyday. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Found program.
