My Blackberry curve 8250 has completly frozen. I have tried removing battery, sim card and memory card several times but when I switch it back on it d - I need to reset the phone back to factory settings if possible, but don`t know how to. Please help :) :: Ask Me Fast

You need to put the battery back,charge it and turn it on.

First take out battery and never try to turn it on while still wet.
Check batter if damage there is an indicator on the top or side of the battery its usually white if the battery is damage it should turn red.

Never dry the device using a hair dryer the heat will cook the ICs on the board and it will never gonna work again use a vacuum cleaner instead.

You need to visit the nearest service center so that they will be able to personally check your phone. If they found out that the track pad is not really working then they can repair it for you but might need to pay for it.

You may need a new battery or the internal charging hole is messed up. I had this same problem and not one person could do anything about it. You may need a new phone in general. That is what I did.

You must move all photos from the phones built in memory to the sim or the memory card or you will lose them.

The best way to solve this problem is to put the battery back and put the phone on charge for 12hours it will unfreeze.

I would suggest sending it away to get fixed, I had a similar problem and i got a new handset for free.

Put the memory card in a nother device and copy all your data over via bluetooth.
