The best experiences I had at St.Hubert’s was the overall sisterhood of the community of girls. Being in an all girls school I have met my closest friends to this day and one who is particularly my roommate in college . I really did enjoy the campus elective opportunities as well such as Sewing or Child Development courses. I took Child Development and it began my love for how pregnancy works and working with babies. This guided me to my path of registered nursing with the speciality of Labor & Delivery Nursing. The worse part about St.Huberts was the area in Philadelphia which made me feel not safe at times. This had nothing to do with the school itself but the area of danger worried me when I attended here especially when I took the bus to and from school everyday.
My experience at St Hubert's is great. It is a very fun and healthy community. The sisterhood at the school is very real. I have met some of my best friends at this school.
I am a transfer student who attends Saint Hubert's Catholic High School for Girls. I was nervous at first, but for the most part, I had some good help to ease me into things. A lot of the girls were very welcoming, and the teachers helped me with so much.
St. Hubert is a very welcoming school with lots nice girls. The teachers are very willing to give you extra assistance if needed. The worst part would probably be having to learn your way around the school. It can be a little confusing however you can get the hang of it!
I was welcomed to the school with open arms. I got involved with clubs and after-school volunteering very quickly. The staff plan many days of fun for students to get into the school spirit. The teachers treat all of the students like family. Teachers here do everything they can to make sure the students do their best to succeed. Sisterhood is a major part of this school. Everyone communicates and says good morning. The school itself is easy to learn and get around. For some improvement, I recommend longer jumpers for the students to wear. The jumpers the school requires are made for one body type, so it is hard for other girls (like myself) to meet the "one inch above the knee" requirement.
I loved this school when I first started. The spirit was amazing and it truly felt like another home to me. Unfortunately, the spirit and the spark this school once had is now gone. Girls walk around the hallway with no smiles on their face and I can say that I am one of them. Thankfully, the spirit is slowly coming back to this school but it's going to take years for it to be back fully. I hope the school gets back to what it once was.
Overall, I had a very good experience at St. Hubert's. However, no school is perfect. Unfortunately, covid hit during the middle of my freshman year and effected my sophomore and part of my junior year. We missed out on a lot and didn't receive everything that St. Hubert's has to offer, but my senior year is making up for it.
I beg to disagree about the academic quality and rigor of St. Huberts. If you want to pursue a career in STEM, look at other high schools in the area. At the time I graduated, there were 0 AP sciences classes, 0 tech related classes, and very few STEM related electives for seniors to take. Nothing at this school could've prepared me for my university course load because of the lack of quality and rigor. In fact, several other students had to go out of their ways to take the classes they want outside of the school. This should not be the case.
Overall I think that at huberts try’s to be a very positive and open community. As their past alumni are huberts drive to have their representation reflect on memories they create as a school. Nevertheless not every school is perfect including this one. It one thing to openly express the good that come with this school but it another when huberts abandoned and forget it fault and false as if that can’t not benefit from their imperfections. Mostly importantly lying and tricking people into false ideas or pushing a criteria to that not everyone can meet. I think this school can change if the faculty and student have a mutual understanding of what it like to be a student vs running a student body. I heard so many girl complaints about small thing that could easily be fix if the head of Huberts understands that our right the the first amendment apply in school as well. To not give a second thoughts to ,we the student, Solutions and ideas continue to falsely advertise saint huberts.
The teachers here represent the true meaning of loving one's jobs and young teens. There is much that needs to be improved, there is no doubt about that, but we are a close knit community of girls who have kept and made a stronger sisterhood through strengthening bonds. This school isn't perfect, but it is the best second home I have been given with a supportive teaching faculty and a few administrators.
My freshman year was amazing, I got too meet new people, get involved and so much more. My sophomore year was cut because Covid struck making that year not so great. Junior year was our first hybrid year, I feel as though this is when things started to take a turn for the worst. Everyone was stressed about how things were handled and how isolated we felt but at least we were around our friends again. Now currently i'm in my senior year. We have had our ring mass which was not so great and felt rushed. Vaping and graffiti started to run rampit throughout the school bathrooms. We were told unsettling comments by our administration like clothes we wear are suggestive and were asking for it. There have been many more instances as to what upset us all. This school year could have gone extremely different. However, we have graduation and life to look forward too!
They brush everything about racism under the rug and do not regulate the mask over the nose majority of the time. They promote themselves as a arts school but the arts department is not doing well.
I attended this school and it was the best choice I made. The staff truly cares about every girl and prepares them to succeed in the real world. You feel the love the minute you walk thru the front door on freshman day.
The academic curriculum as well as the sports, clubs and activities they offer are excellent. You feel well prepared for the real world after graduation.
All the teachers are fantastic! The school offers College Level classes, Video Conference programs and a Diocesan Scholars program.
The school is very clean, organized and the administration makes safety a top priority.
The one thing I would like to see change is more parents getting involved in their daughters school.
St. Hubert, a school still strong after 75 years!

I love St. Hubert High school, it has given me so many opportunities and turned me into the woman I am today. I came to the school because my mom was a Bambi so it was always a dream of mine! What I love about my school is the sisterhood; everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other. Without the support of my fellow classmates, I wouldn't have had the confidence nor the chance to take on leadership roles like being on Student Council and Group Coordinator on the school's Community Service Club! St. Hubert makes me want to go because it's not just going to class, there is school spirit in the building every day radiating joy!
I loved every year I have spent at Saint Hubert Catholic High School! Every one of my teachers was dedicated to providing the best education possible. I felt safe, supported, and well educated there.
Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls is the best school ever! I have never loved a school more than this. We have a unique sisterhood because this is an all-girls school. This is a trait that stands out because it reduces the amount of judgment we feel every day, and we are always there for one another. I have found my best friends at this school, and I never thought I could feel so comfortable and safe with someone. We have the best teachers who always make sure we are learning, but also that we are having fun. I have been provided with the opportunity of pursuing my passion of Track and Field here, and I feel ready for college now. We have so many ways to get involved and find new ways of self-expression. There is a great focus on spirituality, service, academics, and integrity. Saint Hubert has prepared me for life beyond high school, and I believe it is the best foundation possible. We are the best school, and I will be so upset to be leaving my second home next year.
In today's world, the value of an all girls education can not be over emphasized. Simply put, All girls schools teach young women that there is enormous potential in becoming a confident woman. St. Hubert focuses on empowering each young girl to believe that nothing can stand in the way of them reaching their potential & pursuing their dreams. It is a great environment for young women to learn, grow, develop and flourish. The faculty will challenge them to explore possibilities that they may have never considered. The students are encouraged and expected to speak their minds, without feeling intimidated so that they will learn that their opinions are respected. Contrary to popular belief, all girls schools do not shelter young women from the real world. The greater sense of respect that the students experience here enables them to emerge into the real world as confident women in other arenas outside of their classrooms. SH does an excellent job at developing tomorrows leaders.
