A nonsensical spoof film that simply has too many jokes about people being horny.
After the supposed spy and a scientist make remarks about having to go do something, the woman in the group prontly says "I guess i'll go make sandwiches". This is an actual line of a film that is very hung up on having beautiful women to compensate for the unfunny stuff, too much surf style without actually surfing, teenagers who look like they are over thirty and randomly presenting bands so they can call it a rock film.
This wafer-thin slice of Sixties surf 'n' spy nonsense thinks it's Bikini Beach Party meets Son of Flubber vs. Thunderball by way of the T.A.M.I. show, but it doesn't even come close to stuffing that wild bikini, flying 007's jetpack, or filling David McCallum's brobdingnagian pair of Beatle boots. Instead of Frankie and Annette, we're subjected to the sight of a bunch of unknown teenagers frugging spastically to some of the unhippest rock acts of the Sixties (such as Gary Lewis and the Playboys) and standing in for James Bond, is third-string comedic non-talent, John Daly, playing a doofus secret-agent wannabe trying to stop the laughably inept agents of F.L.U.S.H. from bombing a music festival.
