- maaparMount Pleasant, SC870 contributionsDrove around this beautiful campus and admired how the university is such a part of the city. The buildings are in keeping with the surroundings . There was some construction going on at the stadium but still got to see the exterior.Written July 27, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michael SLinden, Michigan, United States14 contributionsThis place is electric and one of the top, if not the best stadium to watch college football in the US. Great place to visit and obtain lifetime memories.Written March 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RonL40Utica, NY3,587 contributionsThe collections of the museum are centered on works from ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Quality of the pieces is excellent... many of the works on view are equal to pieces at much larger institutions. Though the collection is concise, it is superbly curated, offering a glimpse at ancient cultures through the objects that people used in everyday life. Wonderful museum, free of charge, that should not be missed. Very close to the exceptional University of Michigan Art Museum.Written May 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mike M1 contributionThis tour by James Bardwell was an outstanding example of putting his scientific work out to the public to see, understand and marvel at the wonder in the sea that we hear about bur rarely are able to see. This tour was worth the trip the museum by itself but overall the natural science museum is exciting and informative as well as fun.Written September 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RonL40Utica, NY3,587 contributionsExcellent collection housed in beautiful building constructed next to an older building Wayfinding is a bit difficult as you work your way through the collections. Enjoyed the superb exhibit exploring the legacies of slavery. The permanent collection is wide-ranging and especially strong in modernism and contemporary art.Written May 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eunhee KwonSeoul, South Korea15 contributionsWhenever I visited Ann Arbor, I go there. It is so beautiful and tranquil. Its atmosphere reminds us of Oxford. The other gem is its library. You should visit.Written January 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kelly H.Madison, WI64 contributionsWe wandered around here after a very long day of driving on our family road trip from Madison, Wisconsin to Niagara Falls. There’s a great selection of different restaurants, many with outdoor seating. Our girls ( age 7) enjoyed looking around in all the stores. My only complaints are that it’s difficult to find a public bathroom, and the parking ramp was a bit confusing and challenging to navigate. I would suggest going when you have a lot of energy and bringing your own water bottle with if it’s hot out.Written May 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Melissa B4 contributionsLast time we were there, we spent about 4-5 hours there, even though the conservatories were closed. We walked about 5 miles around some of the trails and the outdoor gardens. There's a kid's garden, a few large central gardens, a bonsai garden, and lots of trails outside. There's also a picnic area. Inside there are I believe 3 conservatories. We hope to go back this weekend to see those and to take another trail walk. It's only $5 to park for the whole day. Obviously what plants are in bloom are going to depend on the time of year, but they have a lot of plants and flowers that bloom all spring and summer long. It's a beautiful place. If you don't intend to use the trails, it probably would only take 1-2 hours walking around the main "attractions" if you take your time.Written April 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sheri C1 contributionWhat an amazing experience for my grandson- he loved ever minute of his visit and then wanted to go back to his favorite “experiments” . The water jets and the air propulsion bottle rockets were his favorites! Bought a year long pass as I know we will go back soon!Written April 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - James AWindsor, Canada19,712 contributionsIf you’re in Ann Arbor you’re likely a student, faculty or tourist I think. If you’re in Kerrytown you’re going to the market or Zingerman’s most likely but there is heaps of things to do. Check it out. And go to Zingermans for lunchWritten December 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- EvaLouFlint, MI135 contributionsWe are a family who loves animals. We drove an hour to get here and it did not disappoint! Although small, we spent two hours here and watched two shows. The one at 2 pm featured a skunk, beaded lizard and vulture. The show at 3 featured a coyote. They will be featuring animals from Australia next month so we want to visit during Spring Break.
The man who gave the talks was very interesting and gave very useful facts about the animals. We will definitely be back!Written February 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 195janetkAnn Arbor, MI27 contributionsCan't beat it for a concert or a speaker. The pipes are great and whether it is the M glee club or the band singing the Victors, a performance of THE MESSIAH, THE TEMPS AND 4 TOPS or a politician, it is great.Written March 7, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MidwestKathMDetroit, MI934 contributionsWe drove in from an hour away to attend one of their Classic Movie series offerings... The Godfather! Thank you for showing one of the finest movies of all time on the big screen. Love this setting! The lobby is stunning with its staircase to the balcony level, mirrors, and beautiful ceiling. The theatre itself isn't too shabby either! Anytime you can see a movie in a historic theatre, you should take advantage. Since we were in Ann Arbor during COVID, masks were required to enter. Thank you for keeping us safe! We've seen movies, lectures, and concerts in this venue. It is always a treat!!Written August 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
