Professional School Counseling - Online LPC Bridge

Go beyond the field of education by preparing for your licensure as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Texas. This graduate-level online bridge consists of 18 credit hours, which means you only have to complete six courses to be ready to apply for licensure.

Our program prepares you to become a certified Texas school counselor. Our graduates have an almost 100% pass rate on the School Counselor 252 certification exam.

Our program faculty and Educator Preparation Information (EPI) Center staff maintain close connections with the local ESC Region 15 Center and other school districts to seek out opportunities for our students. Currently, our program partners with the HELP and OASIS Grants that are providing cohorts of students the opportunity to move through the program and fulfill the needs of districts with school counselor vacancies on their campuses.
