In General, the food quality is high.. I had the ribs and wings to go today.. While the ribs were a little on the over done side it was ok.. In general I really enjoy the food.. Now they add 10% extra charge for take...out.. Not a big fan.. Also the servers should always include napkins, salt/ketchup and cutiery, OR at least ask if you need some.. They didnt today.. Good Morning, I want to leave a review about my experience on 10/18/2022 at the Flanigan's in Pembroke Pines (17185 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027-1091). My family and I went to Flanigan's to celebrate my sister’s birthday. As we were a large group, we...come prepared to wait and make sure to have plenty of patience. First and foremost, the manager Anthony did an awesome job accommodating this big group and we cannot thank him enough for his patience! He was beyond polite and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for our waitress Ashley. Ashley was very unprofessional and seemed to be irritated and bothered by any request we made. Something as small as asking her for napkins seemed to be too large of a task! Our glasses sat empty and requesting a refill was also a big to do! I do not consider myself a picky eater by any means, but I ordered a chipotle salmon sandwich and I received a chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich. When I advised my waitress, this order is not mine she said that's what I ordered, and they don't have salmon sandwiches. Mind you she never mentioned this to me when I ordered. So, I proceed to tell her it is ok don't want anything. No more than 5 minutes later the manager came to apologize and said we do carry this item and I will have someone bring it to you as soon as possible, and they did, and I really appreciated the manager’s job. Personally, Flanigan’s is a family favorite and we visit often and have never ever experience this treatment by a waitress. It would be in the best interest of the company that Ashley receives more training in customer service and managing big groups.More
What a nice place. My wife suggested it to honor her brother. He used to frequent Flannigan’s and she said that when she went it had excellent Baby Back Ribs. It is located in corner of a large shopping center at the northwest corner of...the NW 172nd Ave and Pines blvd intersection. There is plenty of parking as the shopping center supports several establishments. You enter and are greeted by a hostess who takes you to your table. There is memorabilia in the form of pictures all over every wall. Most tables are booths and so each group seems isolated from the next which gives you a pleasant home-style feel. The tables are laminated nautical charts of Florida waters. The waiter took our drink and food order. We ordered the full rack of ribs and shared it. There was enough for two with leftovers and they were delicious. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I plan to visit this place next time I am in the area. It was a little pricey but worth the money for the service and food.More
Really want to support restaurants post Covid but it’s hard when all these new hires have no idea what they’re doing! Ordered nachos as an appetizer and ribs for our main meal. Never saw waitress (Isabel) after she brought out the drinks and after 20...minutes, ribs arrived via someone else. Nachos never came and Isabel later said she didn’t know why and she would talk to her manager to remove the item from the bill. Does she think she is doing us a favor? Did she really think I would pay for an item I did not receive? The most appropriate thing would have been to take it off the bill AND bring the effin nachos anyway. Post-Covid, service and/or food really sucks. I hope most restaurants just go under and maybe in a year or two new and better ones pop up. Will be making my ribs at home!More
We had a horrible experience tonight march 1st. Horrible bartender. Really may not come back. She was so bad we didnt leave a tip, which we never do. Avoid at all costs. Go to jerseys. Great bartenders.
This is the first time my family and I visited this location and the food and service was GREAT. We did a take out due to Mother’s Day, but everything was cooked fresh and tasted great. We ordered the rib egg rolls, cheese sticks, ribs,...shrimp, bar b que chicken, french fries, cole slaw and philly cheese steak. I will upload pics.More
I used to love this place! However, the last two times were bad. First time, I got a raw burger, sent it back, and it came back obviously microwaved. Manager never even came by. Second time, we ordered nachos, which used to be great! They...brought out burnt chips with very little toppings. We sent it back and it came back with no burnt chips and even less toppings. We may go back again but it won’t be for awhile.More
This place is amazing!!! The food quality is consistent and great. Service is great and no matter what location we go to we know we are going to get quality food.

I went with my wife and child to this location and it's great. It would have been a 5 but the only issue is the way the Manager Brian reacted to a miscommunication on part of the hostess. He asked my wife who had given...her the incorrect information because he was going to fire them. A few minutes later we she saw the hostess (teenage) following Brian (alot older) crying. My wife being an HR Manager felt really affected as she is young and there is no reason for someone alot older and a manager to intimidate his employees. Shame on Brian, aside from that it was all good.More
I'd like to thank Flanigans for their Veterans Day special where a vet can order ANY item on the menu for FREE! It wasn't a total loss for them though, as my wife accompanied me and ate a regular-priced meal, plus we bought $200 in...holiday gift cards, which gave us 2 $20 bonus cards. Come hungry and be prepare to be fed. Portion size was generous, service was great, parking was easy, and there was little wait time. The place can be a little loud, and a little hectic – but, it’s a family restaurant and part of the...atmosphere.More
Small neighborhood pub environment with great service and excellent food. The wait staff is young and energetic yet knowledgeable regarding their offerings including burgers, sandwiches, seafood and much more.
Good food, good drinks and reasonable prices. Great place to drop into with the family for lunch or early dinner. So why you ask only an average rating? The locals who hang in the bar area are their own little clique. They take over the...place and generate a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. This is a carry over from the defunct Mexican restaurant that was previously in this spot and attracted some strange characters. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the guys individually but as a pack and after a few drinks there is an intangible vibe. In short go early and sit in the food area for a great time, but I wouldn't recommend taking your family or out of town guests the for a drink after about 8PM.More
The Big Daddy Burger is amazing! 10oz of fresh beef with grilled onions, mushrooms, and swiss cheese. We had the chicken stickers for an appetizer which are tenderloin chicken strips in a light buffalo type sauce. My wife had the smoke fish dip which was...fresh and flavorful.
