They have chairs outside for anyone to sit and take a break. We wanted to do the Farmers Market also on property. First time we tried in 2021 we were reprimanded for driving in the wrong direction to turn into the parking lot. This year, 2022, we decided to go 30 minutes early to get parking. We followed some cars into a parking lot area behind the market not knowing it was Vendors and Volunteers ONLY. We waited and at 9am went to the market and toured the museum. Upon leaving there was a rope hung across this parking lot entrance. Fortunately the volunteer posted at it let us out. She also gave us a strong talking too about this lot being ONLY for vendors and volunteers.
We will NEVER return to this snobby over priced market.

There is a small parking area from which the trails start. the trail blazes are few, and there are some marker posts. there is a map at the entrance, and you can download all the relevant information including a trail map onto your smart phone.
the only problem is that one can become confused as to trail location and direction and miss some views. you cannot really become lost, because the sanctuary is surrounded by a major road, rt 28, and residential areas.
the actual trail system is very pleasant, with a variety of flora. total trail length is around a mile, but you can do some side hikes for short distances.

- Alyssa K1 contributionStaying in Osterville, we were looking for SUP rentals nearby. From the time I inquired with Amy on the phone, I knew this was the place to go. She was accommodating in delivering boards to where we’d be using them, flexible in the timing of when to pick them up, knowledgeable in that she told us about an amazing fresh water lake to go and an inlet to paddle thru to go to another connecting lake. - Brian CSouth Yarmouth, MA2 contributionsThe driver showed up with a smaller and incorrect car for our ride to Logan airport. The car that showed up is not even an option for 3 people when booking and we found out the reason why the hard way. Unfortunately, In an effort to make sure we would make our flight, I squeezed my family in the car for a much uncomfortable, not what we asked for or paid for ride. The ride up the driver seemed to lose track of where the highway was and took the long route to get there, but we got there. It seemed necessary for this driver to check his phone for messages while driving with me and my family in the car throughout the trip to Boston.
Do you think I ever heard from anyone at Elite to apologize for the wrong car? Nope. Do you think they still charged me for the car I ordered and not the one I got? You bet.
We returned from our trip and I decided to speak with Elite about our car ride, but the manager was “not in the office right now”. So they took my name and number and have yet to hear back. I really wanted to talk about my experience with the manager before I posted any reviews, but the lack of communication so far has left me wondering if that’s going to happen and so here we are.
I will say that we did have a great experience with Brian on the ride back with the correct car and smooth ride. Talking with Brian made our ride back seem faster than it was and a great experience.
My advice to you is that if you have to use Elite, ask for Brian. Otherwise, keep looking for a better options and don’t let the high ratings fool you like it did me. Using other car service companies over the years, Elite is my least favorite to put it nicely. Just because you book it and pay for it, doesn’t mean that’s what your going to get.
