How can I find out if my reservation is confirmed and my payment has been processed?

We get this question a lot. The best way to check whether your flight has been confirmed and payment has posted is to navigate to My Trips on our website in the upper right-hand corner of the page. There, you can search for your trip by booking number and your last name.

Once you pull up the reservation, it will show “pending” or “confirmed.”
