Hi,Legend_527

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Since your language is English, we have moved your question to the English section.

Is your computer currently booting into bios before it can enter the system to work properly or is it in an infinite loop of entering BIOS? Have you replaced your computer hardware in the meantime?

Based on your description, it seems that you are updating your Windows 11 system which is causing the BIOS problem, I will try to give you some ideas and troubleshooting solutions.

If you are entering the bios in an infinite loop, check in the bios to see if the hard drive is unrecognized, if so try to re-plug the interface

If you can enter the system after re-entering the BIOS and work normally, then you can find your hard disk startup item within the BIOS to see if the startup order is correct, if the startup item is wrong, then you need to modify the startup item (different motherboards corresponding to the settings may be in different places).

If you are updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with this kind of update, you can try using Recovery Update

Greetings, the issue isn't an infinite loop, I start the computer, it turns off and restarts after 5 seconds, after that it goes on BIOS and I'm able to exit it without issues, it appeared after i updated windows 11, i've updated it again which I believe is a patch for it, I have not made any hardware changes.

Hello, based on your description, it seems that you are now unable to enter the work interface properly. As far as I know, Windows version updates don't modify BIOS-related settings, and the problem may be caused by an update pushed by the relevant motherboard manufacturer. If you can, try restoring the default settings in the BIOS and restarting the computer to see if that solves the problem. If you are able to enter the system interface normally, please delete the patches that you have problems with due to the update.

If you can't access the system and can't change the settings in the BIOS, then I suggest you contact the motherboard manufacturer or computer manufacturer that may have a solution to the problem.

If you have any new progress, you can reply to us, we may be able to provide you with better help.
