Hi ijaz ahamed2,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I initially understood your problem you forgot your account password and registration is credentials. First of all, I would like to know if there is a verification method that can be used to reset your password.

If there is not, we recommend that you proceed to fill out the account recovery form.

To a certain extent, the form does require you to provide more and more accurate information. It's not an easy process, and may you be prepared.

In the meantime, I'd like to give you some advice.

1. Fill out the form using the recognized device and location;

2. It is important to provide information about the products and services associated with the account.

 If the process still doesn't run, the final program must run:

You can contact the customer service representative in the account team window via the link below:

1. Open the web Contact - Microsoft Support (choose to run the hyperlink in Edge using the right-click copy).

2. In the "We're here to help" box, type MSA, click "Get Help," and then click "Contact Customer Support" at the bottom. (You must be signed in to your Microsoft account, otherwise you can follow step 3)

3. In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.

Note: Only personal MSA can be connected, login to corporate account cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use a different account or create a new one;

4. Select "Other Products" under Products and Services, select "Account Login Issues" and click Confirm.

5. Select "Chat with Support Specialist in Web Browser" to enter the chat window.

Please keep in touch with me if there are still questions.

Best Regards,

Jimmy Wang |Microsoft Community Support Specialist
