3 weeks PP after c section
I am almost 3 weeks PP after my c section & honestly I’ve been feeling pretty decent for about a week now. I can move around like normal & do just about everything I normally am capable of. BUT my only question is.. just because I feel good does that mean I am healed? Or should I still be taking it easy until I reach 6 weeks PP regardless of feeling back to normal?
Definitely still take it easy. At three weeks post partum I could easily do too much because I felt pretty good. I got sore/crampy and would bleed again if I did too much. I also had two parts of my incision open around 3 weeks which I think was because I was too active just walking further distances and playing more with my toddler/lifting him more. Luckily it didn’t get infected but it took almost two weeks to close back up.
