Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead development efforts on Salesforce-based applications to support our team in serving a dynamic Government customer in delivering mission-critical functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

- MUST be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and MUST be willing to wait 3+ months of onboarding before starting

- Bachelor's degree plus ideally 10 years of work experience in the technical field

- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience

- At least 2 years of experience leading a technical team in an Agile development environment, formally or informally

- Experience using Salesforce to configure, code, and support integrations using any of the following: Salesforce process automation and workflow rules, Apex programming, batch jobs, sharing and security, Lightning component framework, reports/dashboards, Salesforce CI/CD capabilities, SSO, Oauth, and OICD

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- At least 3 years of experience working in a story-based Agile team development environment using Jira or a similar tool

- Experience and knowledge of JavaScript frameworks

- At least 1 year of experience working in an automated development environment, using CI/CD tools such as Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, SonarQube

- Salesforce Platform Development 1 and/or Salesforce Administrator certification

- Experience writing automated unit tests

- Experience developing against relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience developing in and deploying to a Cloud environment including integration with custom-built Java applications
