Yacht Rock, originally known as the West Coast Sound or Adult- Oriented Rock, is a broad music style and aesthetic commonly associated with Soft Rock, one of the most commercially successful genres from the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s. Drawing on sources such as Easy Listening Top 40 Pop & Rock hits, Smooth Soul, Smooth Jazz, R&B, and Disco. Since 2016, brothers Zachary and Dylan Zmed along with their partner and drummer Burleigh Drummond, have celebrated the pivotal music and history of The Everly Brothers legacy with enthusiastic crowds all across the US and overseas in prestigious venues.
