The app had been working fine all the way up to when it was time to check-in and obtain my boarding passes. When trying to check-in, the app continues to stop. It just simply stops working. I've attempted on two devices, restarted the devices and tried again, it didn't matter. I contacted customer service, and they weren't able to help with it. I have to check-in with Frontier at the airport, and it's a $20 fee per person, per trip for them to print our passes. 👎

This review is for the airlines, not the app. The worst planes I've ridden/flown in. During takeoff, a sound in the back that sounds like carpentry is going on, during landing it feels like it's falling apart. I guess they buy old play es and refurbish them, that's why their tickets are cheap. But their ticket cost advantage is bait and switch because they gouge you for check in luggage.

The most unreliable app for flying. I booked tickets for my parents to visit my brother in another state while I was home monitoring their flight. There are four different flights due to lay over but the app only showed the first three boarding passes. The delay time flight was not updated on the app either. Only used the app to check in and scan your barcode. Trust the display information board inside airport to keep yourself updated about your flight information.
