A factory reset of the Router may restore service when a switch-off/switch-on cycle has been unsuccessful. Doing a factory reset will remove all existing configuration from the Router.
Before doing a reset, it is recommended to have all the necessary configuration settings to hand to be able to re-configure the Router again once re-started
You can access the Router first, using the details below, and take a note of the existing configuration before doing a factory reset. You may also contact support who will be able to provide settings.
192.168.1.1
192.168.1.254
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.254
The access credentials to the Router may be any of the following:
user: admin
pass: serial number found on the Router.
user: tech
pass: Serial Number found on the Router.
user: engineer
pass: Access Key found on the Router.
if the Router is set to the default firmware:
user: admin
pass: blank (empty)
Whilst your router is turned on, carefully push a thin object into the reset hole on the rear of the unit until the power light turns off, then release the button.
Once the Router has re-started, we will need to access the Router again to add settings to connect to the Internet. Our support page here gives directions on how to set-up the Router. If any of the lights remain red please contact our support team for further assistance.
